This product is hard to use. The color is fine, but it has too many features, shows, and channels that I don’t need, which clutter the screen. The most important functions are difficult to find and use. For example, I can increase the volume with the “+” button on the remote, but lowering the volume doesn’t work. I have to go to the front of the unit to find a button, and pressing it slightly harder changes to another setting. The remote is also annoying because the cursor keeps moving on its own. This is very frustrating. The manual is not easily available and must be downloaded. While I understand technology is evolving, the design should also consider users who are not tech‑savvy, especially seniors. It will be good to have a simple mode such as one-click settings that hides unnecessary shows and channels. Fewer buttons with clear labels. clear volume control. stable remote, no moving cursor unless enabled. Easy access manual upon delivery in the box with step-by-step instruction.

Good tv, not the best for gaming unless you can move the tv back quite a bit. 27in 1440p monitor has better pixel density and it is noticeable.

This was reviewed online by several groups, and they all said the same great things and left out the worst. The picture and sound are great, but the remote device is a b____ to use and will make you want to return the whole thing within 72 hours. How such a big name could have s________ up so royally is beyond me.

We just set it up and so far it’s been great. Excellent picture, easy to use remote, and tons of already included apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc).

The LG C5 television we purchased is amazing for its picture quality. The Best Buy representative was friendly, knowledgeable about the tvs, and helpful. The tv was even on sale so we saved $200.
