I love the TV, but I am unable to use my current surround sound system that is an older stereo system because there is nowhere to connect an auxiliary audio system, and the speakers that come with it are not that great.

This TV has issues with volume control. You have to almost have the volume maxed out to hear this tv at times. The inability to go online for a smart TV is less than satisfactory too.

This unit does not have the capability to add URLs to other streaming sites ... as I would have expected from a 'smart' TV.

Ordering this tv was such a hassle. The tv was a certified pre-opened tv. I had previously purchased a certified open box tv before (it was a Samsung) and it works perfectly. This however arrived with the LCD screen underneath broken, so when it arrived it looked fine but, when I turned it on about 2/3 of the screen had what looked like spilled ink all over the LCD. I called to begin s return and the person on the phone told me I could take it to any Best Buy to return it. Well when I got there I was told that since it was an open box item I had to send it back to the original location. So now I had a wasted trip carting a large TV to best for no reason. So in total, it took me about 2.5 weeks to receive my refund. Needless to say I will not be buying a pre open box electronic. I don't know if it was an issue with shipping or an issue with the inspection with the TV, either way, I buy a TV that has been pre/opened again.

Recommend getting sound bar w/this - hard to hear.

I bought this TV 3000 usd and unfortunately didn’t pay big attention on the WiFi connection issue that I had the first day because decided anyway to use the wired connection. Now I moved this 2 year old TV to another room , I have to reset it every day to have it finding any WiFi network available . The warranty is unfortunately over. I will never ever buy a LG TV and advice all the people around me to do so. I am so disappointed by LG. Sincerely So disappointing.

Never again. I read all the reviews and specifications. This TV had what I was after. And after setting things up, it seemed to work fine for the evening and even when I woke up in the middle of the night. But the next morning...no picture. I did all of the trouble-shooting tricks but nothing worked. Returning it tomorrow to get a Samsung. I know things can go wrong with any TV, but my tolerance is extremely low nowadays for an item that doesn't even last 24 hours.

Not a very good product in our view (wife and I). We returned it for a Samsung.

To get the best HD picture you have to live with a 2" black band around the screen. Tried all sizing options to correct this issue to no avail. Will not buy LG again.

Very disappointed in the color quality of this tv. Plan on returning it.

My hubby purchased this for me and my twin sister it is fabulous great picture quality crisp picture and love the netflix and smart apps beautiful tv for the bedroom I would reccinend thus tv great price to get one

Great TV for the price, easy set-up and use. Terrific picture too.

I bought this tv to get a Ethernet port due to wireless drops on my sharp tv. This had one and seems to work. The tv quality is good. My complaint is the remote and tv home page. If you have a cable box coming with an HDMI and use Netflix, Amazon, getting back to HDMI 1 has too many clicks. The Sharp had a simple remote with a good home page.

Purchased in 2017 and this thing still works perfectly.

I thought only Samsung TVs were great. This LG has a crisp clear picture, decent sound and easy interface.

Decent TV, display just stopped working after seven years.

After two years warranty plus couple month start blinking. The answer was: buy a new one
