Not ready for prime time

I could not see much difference in picture quality. The set out of the box seemed to be out of adjustment. The presets seemed to be not very well thought out. I worked a considerable amount of time to get an acceptable picture, and it was only just about as good as what I already had. I took this set back for a refund.

Quality is not a great as I thought it would be.

ok for someone new to smart TV's

Every time you turn the TV off and then back on and go to the menu it has to load up and it's slow sometimes. I returned the TV to the store.
