I have no complaints:) this has been a huge improvements since my last 1080p Samsung smart tv and so far this lg 4k smart tv is has been so much better. I'm glad I bought this tv:)

Clear picture. Easy set up. Picked up in store. Great customer service at pick up counter Vernon Hills store.

Good picture for the price. Salesman recommended this as the best in the 43" lineup. We bought the 43" model as a replacement for a 8 year old plasma in the bedroom. Problem with the plasma was that it only had two HDMI connections. The 43UF6400 also has only two HDMI's. This means that with a cable box HDMI, I'm left with only one HDMI and I have to use a splitter between my Apple TV and my DVI. I would have expected at least 3 HDMI's on a 2015 HD TV!

Well I was not planning on getting a new tv but saw this one as an open box and a year old model. No big deal to me, and it was a REALLY good deal about 50% off. Well after buying it and pulling my car around so once they got it down they could loaded, the manger came out and sorry but it does not work. I was like oh well guess I just get my money back no big. But oh no the manger said we are pulling one from the back that is a 2016 model that just came in and is not open. And that they are doing an even exchange. How awesome is that. Best Buy You All Are Awesome! And so is my NEW TV, wonderful picture, and sound is fine as well. Once i get my sound bar hooked up, my room will be close to being like in a movie theater.

There is no way all the "good" reviews on this TV are from real customers! The DEMO mode is deceiving by displaying bright, snow top mountains. It handles bright whites really well, but that's about it. Watching any regular video has no vibrance in the color. I spent hours messing with the picture settings to get something viewable. No matter what I did, the picture always looked washed out. As a result, everything looks kind of flat. On top of that, the off-axis view loses even more color depth starting at about 20 degrees. I returned it and got a Visio M series with excellent color depth, sharper picture, and cheaper! The Visio also has a poor off-axis view, but best value for the price range. Don't believe the "good" reviews on this LG! The people writing those reviews are either fake or blind!

This tv is out this world & I'm Loving everything!!

Bought this tv a couple months ago and have loved it since I brought it home. The Web Os browser is extremely smooth. Nice crisp picture. Definitely worth the price

This is the second one I have purchased as I bought one for myself and then after seeing how awesome this TV is, I got one for my mom.

google this model saying it does not go on. It is a common issue. the LG customer service is HORRIBLE. YOU DO NOT WANT TO BUY THIS!!!
