Terrible TV Terrible Company
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At first, when I got this TV I go to it because my friend had an LG smart TV with a smart remote. Well, it has not been but 2 years and the tv is completely blue. Everything is dark and I've gone online to look into the issue and I saw that many other customers are having the same issue. They mentioned that it may be the backlight. I contacted LG in order to get a courtesy repair since I was out of warranty but this was, in fact, a manufacturer issue. They denied my claim and said I would have to pay. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR A MANUFACTURER ISSUE. I paid my hard earned money for this tv and I am so sad and disappointed.

Very nice TV for the price.

For the money I wanted to spend, my choice was made! I have only had/currently have 1 problem(with the YouTube app causing my TV to restart), other then that beautiful display. Handles my Laptop and my PS4 with no issues.

Not to mention we did have a problem with 1 product and their customer service was great. I would highly recommend this TV and other LG products
