Don't have any complaints about this tv thus far..

After trying twice I gave up and put my old TV back. The first TV worked great for 2 days then started turning on and off by itself. I called the Geek Squad (who were great) and they couldn't get it running without replacing something so I took my 1 week old TV back and got another one. Again going through the setup etc. The 2nd TV worked great for 3 days before the same thing happened. I didn't want to go for 3. It must have something to do with the upgrade after the installation because it was shortly after the upgrade that both TV's became weird and started turning on and off without me pushing a button. Plus, when the TV went off, I could not get it to come back on.

This TV worked fine for the first two years but has stopped connecting to the internet. I looked into and apparently LG's are notorious for having this issue. I won't be buying any LG products in the future.

When I opened package the screen was shattered and totally unusable. I wrote to Best Buy but have not received any type of reply. I am very upset and will be contacting PayPal if I don't get a reply and correction from you. I am very disappointed in quality and lack of service. I still need a new TV.

Overall a nice TV. I upgraded to the 55" in the end but only due to size.

It is a great tv at a great price, but unfortunately, the color is very, very difficult to calibrate. All settings that are preset seem very, very off to me and finding the perfect calibration could take hours depending on your room.

I love my LG 4K ultra HDTV. I would definitely recommend this product.

Have enjoyed switching for old heavy tv to new modern light tv.

good but needs manual for advance tuning would help with setup

Unhappy that I had to buy another tv in less than two years

I bought this TV with the express purpose of using it in my bedroom with a wireless headset. Unfortunately this seems to be an issue with LG technology... LG can't even take the time (three tries) to tell me what headsets are compatible... Disappointed...

With no manual, this was very difficult to get started, hooked up to cable and get the cable remote to work the TV. And what's with the screen that reflects everything except the picture!!!! We took it back to the store.

Terrible Tv. It had a lot of backlight bleeding issues and LG's customer service is terrible for their low end TVs. Do yourself a favor and buy a nicer tv.

Horrible! Was good for two years and then the screen turned blue Going out to replace with a Samsung. Hopefully it will last a bit longer

The automatic color option on this TV causes random shifting of colors while watching it. For the money it is a fairly nice TV but the picture can be slightly harsh.

There seem to be a lot of issues going on with the TV. I need to call the Geek Squad up to come and check it out. Hopefully everything will be fixed!

So far so good but having a problem with external speakers gor the time being.

Not good had to send tv back for repair only had tv for 25 days
