I was looking for a 4K TV to serve as a monitor for my PC. The product was purchased new and was confirmed by Best Buyas having been unloaded from the truck as "New". Problems: 1. Legs Missing 2. Power plug missing 3. Hardware pack missing (screws, batteries, remote control, manual, etc.) I returned the product. I was able to arrange the return and subsequent purchase of my original standby; a slightly more expensive 4K Samsung which is working perfectly - all at curbside. Thank you Best Buy!

I did write an email when I bought it because of some issues w purchase and return and calls to customer service that I still haven’t heard back from yet

They are not noticeable at all times. Had to order the television through the website and have them wheel it out to my car. I guess that if would have actually scheduled an appointment to go inside I would have noticed this in store possibly. This is my fault for not doing research. I am not sure of the return policy during this Corona issue. I am going to just put the tv in the basement and use it for a dart board.

Nothing spectacular about this TV though. Sound leaves a lot to be desired. I installed this TV in my home gym. If you want good sound, I would suggest also buying a sound bar to go with it.
