Poor Processor

I have to turn it off and back on again to get it to come on. It’s lame.

Picture Quality is great but TV is terrible

After having it for several months I want to throw it out the window. It sometimes won't either turn on or off. The software updates do not seem to help at all. It sometimes just freezes and its not the cable. Only good thing is that when its working the picture is fantastic. This was my second time with LG and last.

The only issue is the delay between the remote and tv. When you press a button on the tv, there is a delay. KInd of annoying! But, ok for the price.

No picture on tv

The Lg 43" 4k smart tv had excellent reviews and the price was awesome. A little after a year though the tv no longer has a picture. Even if you try the option screen. You can hear sound, but no picture. I tried all the methods on YouTube and nothing has worked. Behind the tv there are lights that light up, but no picture of any kind. A Tv should definitely last longer then 14 months. I won't buy LG again.

LG : Life's Garbage - This TV Sucks.

(Period) Its attempt @ connecting & maintaining a solid Wi-fi connection remains questionable. When playing through it's built-in NetFlix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime Apps, the tv will stop and freezes at any given moment. This is happening using Spectrum carrier with a speed test showing DOWNLOAD SPEED@ 160Mbps - Upload @21Mbps. These are large enough speed from Spectrum to stream NetFlix, Hulu or other streaming devices without periodic glitches. HDMI PROBLEM: The LG's HDMI inputs, refuses to fully interface with a Roku 4 Ultra Streaming set-top box player. Yes, I've tested this same Roku box through two other TVs, It works fine with them. But once connected to the LG's HDMI (any) inputs, the TV screen will display the Roku's, but strangely, will only play the sound of any programs, movies, etc, over a Blue colored screen. Buying this TV was a POOR Choice. The simple act of watching tv has become a traumatizing nightmare. The antenna channels & the cable box are the only reliable features that work on any of its HDMI inputs, so far. DON'T BUY THIS LG UHD TV UNLESS ALL YOU NEED IS TO CONNECT YOUR CABLE BOX OR USE AN ANTENNA FOR OLDER TERRESTRIAL Channel TV VIEWING. SPARE YOURSELF MULTIPLE DIFFICULTIES THAT YOU'RE BOUND TO ENCOUNTER,.. LG's logo is supposed to stand for Life's Good. but the actual experience using a simple TV product as customers expect from this 6 series UHD TV product is a closer feel to Life's Garbage.

TV stopped working after 2 weeks

It stayed in our home unopened for 2 weeks. We then packed him up for college and moved him in an apartment. The TV worked well and the picture was great. 2 weeks later the TV screen was black. I called Best Buy and they said they could not help. HORRIBLE customer service.

So good thing I had the geek squad protection I called to have it repaired and they say that the tv imaging thing is burned out and it cost more then the price of the tv so they just gave me a credit for the price I paid.

Disappointed

The remote nor POWER button on the TV would turn off, like it was possessed, only unplugging the TV worked. Still awaiting LG for repairs. With all considered I'm sure COVID-19 has contributed to delay. In all fairness the picture quality was excellent, life expectancy BLAH!

Continued to get the message no channel available. I tried another tv just to make sure it wasn't a Comcast issue. I have tried calling LG several times. They don't answer or return my calls. I am extremely disappointed with their customer support, second day and no response!
