Bought open box

I was told by the employee that I couldn’t exchange it right away. I knew it would be difficult to get the TV set up. Come to find out it was impossible for me to set it up w/o the remote. I had to wait a week before I was able to turn the TV on come to find out the screen was cracked. Frustrated to say the least.

It works.

The original TV was also from Best Buy and had been used less than 15 hours and stopped working. Best Buy tech couldn't say when parts would be in to repair TV, at our expenses, as the on year warranty was expired by two months. Our overall experiences was poor with old TV and your technical service. Bought another TV from Best Buy as it was the cheapest for what we wanted. Hope this one lasts more than one year.

4k UHDTV

Can't keep a connection - either ethernet or wifi

The set consistently loses connectivity to both wifi and ethernet. On top of that it does this neat little thing where the screen goes to snow for no apparent reason. Consistently unplugging and rebooting the TV is a pretty lousy user experience. We bought this set because we were very satisfied with the 65" LG set we bought as our main TV.

Too dark

Not connecting to Wifi

Not sure what's happened to the Sufficiency and accuracy of BestBuy items, I simply don't trust them anymore even though I am a big fan of this store and buy stuff frequently. Not sure if there is a manufacturing warranty on this TV?

Horrible Picture

Smashed up

Ended up going elsewhere for a better TV which was cheaper. Not Best Buy’s fault I realize but having to wait two weeks for a replacement was not acceptable. Won’t order from them again and their store supplies are depleted. Will shop elsewhere.

Don't Buy, They didn't check anything

That is a 100% lie. The TV does't connect to WiFi and they claim that everything is good to go and problems like this are taken care of. They won't do anything to help.

Disconnects constantly

I have to unplug it every day and plug it back on so it connects back. I read it on the reviews before buying it, but it had so many good other reviews that I thought I wouldn't have this problem. Not such luck. I would not recommend this TV.

A GREAT Bang For Your Buck!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After living in this house for 6 years and with some confinement as a result of the pandemic, my wife decided that she would like a tv in our bedroom. She thought it would be best located above my chest of drawers, so I looked for the biggest Samsung tv that would fit that spot. I was leaning toward Samsung based on how happy I have been with a 50" Samsung smart tv I bought for my man cave a couple years ago. So this particular 43" Samsung smart tv would fit the location perfectly, and after reading all the reviews, it was a no brainer for me, especially with the free shipping, and my current satisfaction with the Samsung I already had in my man cave. So I placed my order and it arrived in 4 days (yesterday), and my wife and I installed it today, wall mounted, in our bedroom. Installation was very simple, and setup was so easy, a caveman could do it. Time will tell, but I have no reason to believe that we will be disappointed with this purchase, and I highly recommend it.

Fast Delivery at a big cost

But that wasn’t it, there was also no power cable or remote. Was the second tv in 2 weeks that I had to return right away.

Will not stay connected to wifi
