    1 year and 10 months old and the screen is blank but I have sound. Not worth the money. Buy the cheapest TV as LG are throw away.

    It was a gift . They were trying to setup the TV and it is now broken. It slipped from their hand when they were setting it up and broken. Sad. I have never heard this for TV before. No endurance . Thanks

    Slow interface and not cable friendly

    We purchased it after positive reviews but went with a Samsung after a bad start. The interface is slow to move around and it simply would not work Comcast after switching ports around. Can not recommend.

    This is my second LG tv from Best Buy that’s having issues with a dark halo on the screen? Seems like a dead spot and I have to look at while watching a movie!? I’m about to take this one back too!!

    Missing remote, stand and power cord in open box satisfactory version. I don’t know how one is supposed to use a TV without these.

    This tv I bought and returned the next day! Pictures sucks...quality overall is very disappointing! Colors are too dark! Material feels cheap! I got a Samsung instead! DONT BUY!

    The quality of the picture is blurry, it hurts your eyes trying to watch, I lost my money because since is past the 30 days I can’t return it. So I have to buy another one.

    Don’t know if it slipped through quality control or was a shipping mishap. Geeksquad processed the return. No problem there. Got a replacement series 7. Works great.

    Lasted only a year as had no picture now. Started with lines on side a couple months ago.

    Set up was terrible. No instructions came with the TV. Once the TV was set up, The picture quality was terrible. Should have stuck with a Sansung.

    Plugged in screen was broken had to return to Best Buy and order a replacement. Decided to go bigger ordered a 50". Best Buy staff was awesome.

    I ended up retuning it because it was broken; they didn’t have anything similar in existence for me to get something else.
