Great picture, difficult menus, 4K didn't work

I'm using it for xbox one X display in 4k. This did not work at all. The best I could get the display to do is 1440p - so disappointed. Took it back to the store. I'm not a noob - an engineer. Changed the settings in the menu to allow 4k, changed settings in the xbox - xbox reported display is not 4K capable. It may be that xbox requires certified 4K display or only some manufacturers or chipsets. Regardless I thought LG would make the cut - it didn't. So Samsung it is..

Colors are off and the screen is too dark

Colors are off and the screen is too dark even with adjustments. I also noticed it is not as sharp as I thought it would be. There is a lot of artifacting on the edges of objects. That's something you would only see on low resolution images. I previously had the TCL 43 in 5 series and had to return it because of a burnt pixel, but right off the bat, the colors were exactly the way I wanted it. I will be going back to that.

Constantly loses network connection. Terrible CS.

We bought this TV with a extended warranty. From the first day it would constantly lose network connection and we would have to enter the PW repeatedly. After 5 days it stopped connecting all together. I called customer service and was told I'd have to pay to have someone come out to fix it. We decided to return the TV and buy a different brand.

    Not a good TV

Bought the TV 3 years ago, while using only a few days a week. 5 days ago, I turn on the TV and see flickering lines then the screen goes dark. There's still volume but no image. Tried suggested solutions online (press power button underneath logo, unplug and plug to another outlet, etc.), same results.

Two tvs. Both with issues. Bought in July 2018.

Bought two tvs in July, '18. A week ago, there was a crackling noise on my son's tv and the sound is completely gone when directly on the Smart tv. If he uses the Comcast cable box, he has sound. He prefers going directly on the Smart tv as he can access netflix, amazon prime and disney plus. On my tv, about I month ago, it started having problems turning on. It was automatically going to comcast, or I could switch to Smart tv. Now I have to constantly tell it which one I want or all I have in a blackish screen. No picture.. Very disappointed with this product.

    Sound Stopped Working

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The sound stopped working on this TV 6 weeks after purchase. I had JUST thrown away all the boxes . I am preparing for an argument with Best Buy upon my calling for a replacement as I didn’t purchase a service plan. I guess TV’s are so cheap now their lifespan is only a few months.
