So far, so good. Love LG brand. Price was fine. One issue: I haven’t been able to figure out how to use my blu-ray with the TV. I’ll call Geek Squad on it. LG is a great brand. I went from a JVC to my LG. Huge difference!

Great tv with clear picture and smart features making it easy to access Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming services. One thing that sucks is that it has no audio out...if you have a sound bar, it has to be Bluetooth or HDMI.

The sound on this TV is really good, good picture too. We like the stations on the TV, we like that we don't have to pay Comcast any extra money to watch them! When I need to replace my other TV I will buy this same TV to replace it.

My new LG -43" smart TV comes in great! The color and contrast are terrific. It's so nice to have a TV that works right. My old TV set had lousy color and it was so dark. I'm very happy with the TV. Thank you Best Buy!

I love this TV. I haven't had any problems. It's very easy to set up and I find the controller easy to use. I was worried about my WIFI since it can be spotty but its been working great with the TV. Definitely worth buying.

I absolutely love my TV! I got it home and unboxed it. Setup was easy. Picture quality is beautiful. Sound quality is excellent. Even if the volume is low I still can hear it clearly. I want to purchase another one just like it!

I bought this open box, as I was looking for a tv for the kids to play their Nintendo Switch, and was really surprised by the quality and the amount of inputs. It’s a smart TV, so it’s a comprehensive enough to provide Netflix, etc

Excellent picture quality. Blacks are very good and the 4K HDR movies look outstanding. Using it in the bedroom and couldn't be happier with the TV. You'd be hard pressed to find a better picture at this price point.

This is a pretty nice tv. The picture is good and it’s a nice fit for my bedroom. The price was really good on this one too. The best thing about this tv is that it has all the built-ins, like Amazon and Netflix in one remote. I’m glad I purchased this tv.

Easy to set up to the WiFi. Setting up additional apps such as Netflix and others movie providers. The picture is clear as well the sound. I brought the LG sound bar after purchasing the tv and it sounds like I’m at the theater.

We replace our "non-smart 40" TV, with the LG 43" Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR, and we LOVE it. We received outstanding support and direction from the team member, and always use Best Buy as our "go-to" store for home products.

The only thing I don’t like is the controls. Too many buttons so it’s hard to find the right button in the dark. Control should have a sleep timer button. Instead you have to go to menus and scroll down to the timer

This television is EXACTLY what we needed to replace the small television AND old ROKU device we had in our spare/guest bedroom. Extremely easy to hook up and easy to mount to wall Leith the additional wall mount we purchased.

The sound this tv puts out is a big improvement from the last version. I will definitely buy this tv again when I buy another one. I would recommend you buy. I have not experienced any issues so far.

The TV I purchased is great for the price i bought it at. It is large enough to see from my bed and fits nicely on my dresser. I don't have cable hooked so every time I turn it on its static so it'd be nice if it went directly to its home page.

Good picture quality and lots of picture and sound quality options. Wi-Fi works great and lots of streaming applications. Feet could be a little more sturdy and attach more securely. Lots of connection options!

This tv has a great picture and I was very pleased with finding the Apple TV feature which allows you to pull up your Apple TV movies or other features on the tv without having to hook up a separate Apple TV box.
