Way better service than the South Philadelphia store, where I tried to exchange it and the retail associate lazily told me that it was possible to do so, yet it was COMPLETELY possible. Thumbs down on them and big kudos to Willow Grove.

A lot of value for a smaller screen

Even at just 43 inches, the 4k resolution difference is clear. HDR renders beautifully. I remember being disappointed with HDR on a much larger display in the past, as the picture seemed dim and unimpressive. On this TV, I don't notice that effect and look forward to enabling HDR while gaming.

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.wonderful tv but it hung on wall for a year due to my illness started using again October 2021 and after a few hours of great tv, it started with horizontal white lines and double image of shows flashing every few seconds across screen shut tv off for a few hrs and then it plays fine for couple more hours then goes back into same flashing i purchased this in December 2019 and didnt get the extra protection thinking im a senior and dont abuse anything so my dilemma is having to buy a new tv now and what to do with this almost new LG? its probably a simple fix but will be costly im sure! guess i put in storage until i figure it out and just enjoy new tv with the extended warranty...shame on LG i had high hopes because otherwise this was an excellent picture and tv now its junk..wish technology had the same good quality as years ago...
