Awesome smart TV

The more I use it, the more I like it. I ended up buying another one. One hidden gem, is the LG Channel plus that comes with it. You get all the other loadable apps, but the LG channel plus is fantastic. It gives you many channels w/out cable. It is just like having cable for free. LG hit the mark with this TV.

poor instructions

I bought 12/15/19 The instructions were very vague, and even following them, you do not get any results. When you contact LG you are given a video and a lot of run around resulting in telling you to call your cable or satellite provider. Geek Squad wants you to pay $199.99 and enter into a long term contract with them. I did this for my 65 inch LG and never got a single bit of help after they hooked it up.

Unreliable

Took 3 weeks to get warranty service to look at it and they would not come when I was there. When they arrive they took a selfie of the Tech off the screen and left. I had to buy a second TV and that works fine. I like the product and LG channels. Just concerned about reliability and warranty
