    I have had this tv for a short time. The only thing that has happened is the internet went down and the usual process did not work. I had to completely unplug everything and reconnect/plug everything back in and it cleared the problem. There are 3 smart TVs in this house all connected the same but it was only my tv that did not return to normal when the internet temporarily goes down.
