Beautiful picture and sound, however, it won't stay connected to the internet. Extremely annoying. Every few days I have to unplug it, wait one minute and plug it back in before I can stream anything. Then it will recognize my modem. Tried fixing this problem with my internet provider and they confirmed that it is the tv. Google search also confirmed - there are quite a few complaints about this issue online. The other tv in my house does not have this problem (it's a Dynex...so sad BB does not make this brand anymore because this is an amazing television).

I know being my dad is elderly and he will be in the house for a while I decided to get him a new TV he was so surprised and he absolutely LOVE the new TV now he can watch one in the living room and one in his Bedroom. THANKS AGAIN BEST BUY

This tv shows a great picture but it has two main issues 1) The apps I was looking to download (ESPN, HBO GO) were not available to download 2) Maybe because I’m used to Samsung but the OS was confusing and frustrating

The TV was for our bedroom. It was a vast improvement from the smaller one that we had for years. As always the installer was fantastic. This is the third appliance we have purchased from Best Buy and we feel that their service is outstanding.

Bought this for a friend and they love it. Easy to setup and no issues with streaming programs. Perfect size for their spare bedroom. Best Buy had a great price on this LG TV.

With television prices dropping every week it seems, we picked up 2 of these and cannot complain!

The 14th was my husband's birthday and I wanted him to have a better TV for his "Man Cave". It's a great TV and great color. He's very happy with it and I'm happy he stays in there.

Great TV!! Wife wasn’t sure about it at first saying it would be too big for our bedroom but it fits and looks great!! Now she loves it!! We have watched everything from Disney+ to Netflix movies/shows. I would recommend it to anybody.

We have to purchase a TV with a stand that is no more than 7 1/2 inches in length if they are straight and no more 8 1/2 inches if they are angled. The selection and the ability to measure each stand is very important to us so we can purchase a product that we need.

Easy setup, typical inkjet printing, fast and efficient, moderately quiet printing. Would love to have had more information included by HP inside the box rather than having to go online to get complete manual for advanced settings.

I have these in my sports card shop. The smart feature is not the best but it will do if you need the basics. The color is nothing special but what do you expect for a few hundred bucks. Middle of the line TV.

Amazing Picture! Unfortunately it does have WiFi issue and the only way to resolve is to disconnect TV from power and power back on. This wouldn't be such a big deal but when you do it daily it sucks.

I like this TV but don’t love it. Why? It is a smart TV, but not accessible to all apps. Example, I can watch Netflix and Prime on here, but can’t get HBO Max. Major bummer. Otherwise, the quality of the tv screen and such are nice.

In the security business an I use theses TVs all the time for my surveillance use an all regular TV viewing there on all the time an really don’t have Much issues

Not real easy to setup, but once you get that part done, it works well. LG gives you dozens of free TV channels, handles my Apple and Roku devices well. Still have not figured out how to adjust the screen to give brighter pictures during dark scenes.

We haven't had a chance to use this TV yet which is why I gave it 4 stars, as it's for a new house we are moving into for one of our sons. Shipping is always top notch with Best Buy and we received this package within two days of ordering.

We are very satisfied with our new TV for the price we paid for it. We had some difficulties with getting it delivered. Eventually we we changed stores and took delivery. The Easton store made the arrangements.

Best TV on budget. Had this for 2 years. The only thing is you will need firestick or apple tv to watch Netflix and order apps. Quality is great.

This TV worked well until one day a couple days ago its screen went black. Geek Squad was called (thankfully we had the 2 year protection). They thought the board inside that you can change would fix it. It did not. Now I'm waiting on hold to talk to Best Buy about replacing it. How does a TV die after one year and seven months?! We have other LG TVs. They have lasted much much longer. Not impressed with this one and rather annoyed that I will be getting money back but not enough to repurchase this TV again. I'll have to add money to it. Glad I had the Geek Squad protection,, but that added another $30 to the price. Don't ever buy the most expensive TV they go out as well. Buy the cheapest with the picture quality you can live with. At least this was not a pricey TV. UGH!!

I was wary at first when reading all the about bad connection with wifi so I took an extra precaution by plugging it directly into my modem with an Ethernet cable. I have been loving it since with no problems
