Went out not even two weeks after we bought it. We had to call Samsung to fix it. Good news, they got it fixed....but shouldn’t have gone out within two weeks of brand new purchase!

Great to have. Wish there are more manuals that explain to a 1st time user the features available and how to use them. A step by step instructions would be helpful, especially the acquiring of free apps that are available.

It's a little bigger than what we wanted for the space but it's a great tv. I really wish there was an option to have the feet a little close or a large center support as it was the feet barely made it on the table.

What I like about my other, older LG was that it swiveled at the base. Also, the background on this one is a bit fuzzy. Maybe it's just such a clear picture in the foreground that the background looks fuzzy. I do like it, though.

we bought this TV for our grandson for Christmas and he absolutely loves it! He wanted a different TV but this one seemed nicer with more bells and whistles. He uses it for gaming and the graphics are pretty good.

Bought this to be able to stream gym classes. For less than $300, I don't think this can be beat for simplicity and quality. I would prefer sturdier stands, but you can't have everything at this price.

We were in the market for a 43” smart tv and after a fair amount of research, we decided to go with the LG model. It doesn’t have the easiest setup process and still haven’t gotten it working with HomeKit (this is one of the few smart TVs we found around this price that had this option), but other features, no problem. Video is good, sound is fine (though we do use a sound bar) and we’re enjoying all the HDMI ports (again, another option that others didn’t have - most had one fewer port). What would make it even better? Simpler menu and if the advertised features were easy to get to work. Definitely worth considering.

I got this for my sister and her apartment for Christmas. She loves it for streaming Netflix and chilling with her cat. First time buying an LG tv, I have only had Samsung, the deal was good, got it for $230.

Had this TV for over a year now and I have ha zero issues with it. My only gripe is with the lack of a headphone jack and a few other ports but again, my preference.

I don't have details on the specs (my SO is the techie who picked this out), but it's been a great experience using the TV so far. The higher resolution definitively makes watching movies a better experience.

I use this a second monitor above my desk computer which helps me to see everyone clearly in large Zoom meetings. Excellent graphics and good wireless connectivity.

Enjoying the TV for the short time we have had it. But everytime I get products from Best Buy it's been a good buy. The shipping process was a little lengthy but understandable with the situation going on with the pandemic.

I am not sure why the TV tends to go off and come back randomly. Not sure whether this is a cable provider issue or an issue with the TV itself. If it continues, I will return it

I like the TV very much except that the resolution is not as crisp as I thought it would be. But, I have this TV in my bedroom which means I won't spend a lot of time watching it. Otherwise, it's pretty good.

At $229.99 with 6 months SAC not a much better deal out there that I found during the Christmas season!! And with 5 year warranty no worries for 60 months!! Thanks again Best Buy and great employees!

More than anything, I appreciate the staff at Best Buy. They are unfailingly helpful, they guide me towards products in the right price point for the right use, and never pressure. It is very much appreciated.

Decent size for the spare room. Picture is solid, sound quality not so much. This is definitely a tv that could benefit from a sound bar. For the price it a good deal.

I don’t have cable but it even gave me 120 internet channel for free. They have advertisements but still that’s pretty cool on its on especially with all the other features it has.

I bought this TV to use as a monitor with my MacBook Pro and it works great. Low input lag and great color reproduction. Would recommend!

We are happy with our purchase and it works great for a bedroom tv. It states that it works with Alexa but darned if we can get that part figured out but I do not think that is the fault of the tv though haha
