The reason I purchased (2) of these tv's is because my 42in LG's were dated and had no available apps. This all came about because I was eliminating bills, one of which was my $430 monthly cable bill. I was already paying for the apps that I frequently watch, so there was no further need for cable. I viewed several 43in smart tv's online, but decided that the best way to accurately choose a tv is to view it in store. I am glad I did. Though I didn't want to pay the up charge for the better viewing screen,picture quality, contrast and available app selection, it was the best choice. These tv's have great color,picture definition and contrast. Every application I pay for and more are readily available. The salesperson took the time to explain and show me the difference between quite a few tv's, ultimately helping to choose these. Thanks. I am extremely content with my choice.

First time purchasing my own TV. I have had it for a month now and i absolutely love it! So many different picture and sound controlls. You can even download and play games on it which was a cool surprise.

I just wanted a fire/smart TV. I ended up with a larger size due to my model was no longer available. The color is great

I really like my new tv. It is easy to operate and the setup was very easy with the instructions.

I cannot believe that Best buy has done me like this after all I have purchased from them in the past being a total tech member and purchasing over $12,000 worth of goods from them. They shipped this TV in a box meant for a 75 to 100-in TV with only the corner protectors inside the box, as the TV bounced around during shipment it was obviously damaged when it arrived and had scratches all over the screen and a broken leg on one side I took pictures and video of me unboxing the TV and called customer service only to find out that they wanted me to ship the TV back to them and pay for the shipping and would not refund my money until they receive the TV, they could not replace the TV because it was the last one available. Poor customer service over the phone and I was lied to multiple times. I don't want to get my business to someone else but if I don't get a return back on my card soon I will not be doing business with them in the future.

We only purchase LG tvs. LG has more quality than any other brands we've tried.

Great color, great sound! Easy to switch between Antenna TV, Set Top Box and all the streaming channels available today. (YouTube, Paramount, Netflix, Prime, etc.) Also the LG remote works to run our Sony Blu-ray DVD player. Unfortunately found that out after I ordered a replacement remote for the DVD player. If you're planning on using the stand that comes with, be aware the legs are attached on the edges of the TV rather than the middle. It makes a difference when you are installing on a corner shelf.

LG QNED 43" series 75 - $400 all inclusive open box store display 2023 Black Friday sale. Good deal & I am happy with keeping it =) Im new to smart TV, used it 2 weeks and am adapting to inconsistent picture quality (depending on recording input of cheaper/older video looks faded vs. newer 4k camera movie sharpness). Little tracers with fast movements of 4k quality. Tweak your picture setting options. Image generally feels dark though, yellowish whites. Commercials are inconsistent clarity quality, vary from image to image, without changing anything. My phone/laptop is crystal clear watching videos and loads instantly. Smart TV lags & spins for 10 seconds each channel change & usually takes a few seconds to focus clearly. Is that normal Smart TV wifi behavior? Hardwire helps Ive heard. Again, I am newly adjusting to Smart TV technology still. I chose this bit higher price point than $350 models because I do like the extra plug port capacity, and the Magic Remote pointer w/scroll ball is super fun to use. Doubt I will add wireless keyboard/mouse into USB for computer replacement though because the wifi lags. May consider ethernet hardwire to try it out as a monitor option eventually. Spent 4 hours trying to install Google Play Store app for YouTube MUSIC shortcut, only to learn LG WebOS does NOT allow android apps =( Gotta cast YT Music from phone to shuffle songs, otherwise play music lists in same order every time from YT app which is already pre-installed. Sound is good in medium room, but does not get louder when turned up past halfway, so difficult to hear from another room. I have tried Sony soundbar plugged into several different ports & settings, I was able to connect playing TV sound once successfully, but have not figured out how to have soundbar automatically connect just by turning on TV yet. LG Channel preinstalled app is amazing! Its like having free basic cable =) Sometimes the LG Channel Guide is wrong though, but the channels are great shows, plus I added antenna for network local news & PBS. The LG Channel app & Magic Remote are the main reasons I am keeping it. Also, my open box had store display stickers on it, so I feel it was taken good care of (carefully unboxed, etc.) although the cord was missing but that was an easy fix =) I did not get insurance since it costs 25% of the TVs value and already came with 1 year warranty free. $400 feels like a good, disposable value & Im sure I will get my moneys worth. Just what we were looking for! We needed a specific height clearance and this tv w/ stand fit perfectly on our living room amor. Beautifully vibrant picture quality, speakers are surprisingly well sound compared to other brands now a days. Seems like the size of the speakers are getting smaller and smaller but these speakers sound great and are pretty loud. Lightweight and very easy to setup. It also has a feature that when a show is paused for a certain amount of time, the tv will automatically turn off which is nice as we tend to fall asleep with it on. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase.

Excellent picture quality, decent sound. Easy to set up. Remote could be better labeled; easy to confuse volume and channel rocker switches. Trackball mouse on the remote takes a little getting used to. Good value. 43” screen size is easy to handle if you want to put the TV on a wall. Our 2nd LG flat screen TV; reliability has been excellent on our first one. Our LG sets both do well with over-the-air broadcasts using indoor antennas in our suburban location.

VERY good TV with a couple of faults!! This TV has a very good picture for a non-OLED TV. Very good contrast, colors, sound (yes, from the built-in speakers). Decent brightness overall. Plenty of connections for most people. The UI is typical LG bleh, with convoluted maps. The WebOS smart interface is actually ok, though both the menus and smart interface are confusing, especially compared to Samsung’s interface. I prefer the LG picture overall to Samsung’s at least on the lower end models. What’s also odd, this being a QNED model, is that it is an edge-lit TV and not even direct lit from the back let alone full array (guess you have to go mini LED to get that), but that kind of defeats the purpose of going QNED (or QLED) when the screen is only lit from the sides. You might not notice this much; I only really noticed it when looking at the screen from an odd angle. If this is on a big sale or you find it open box, it could be worth picking up.

Its an awesome TV. It has a clear vivid picture. The size is great for my bedroom. Light. Very easy to assemble. Hi were it really did nit have all the instructions. The TV was still a bargain for such a wonderful product
