I still like it
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The 2025 LG 43" QNED 82A delivers a knockout 4K picture with vibrant colors and snappy webOS 25 features, but I’m giving it 4 stars specifically because of the remote. While the TV itself is premium, the Magic Remote feels surprisingly flimsy, and the center tac pad roller has a cheap, loose feel that makes navigating menus more frustrating than it should be. If you can live with a slightly "rattly" scroll wheel, the screen quality and AI upscaling are easily some of the best you’ll find in this size.

Great all around set, but…..
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. All in all this QNED appears to be a very good decision. The speed of its processor seems very able to handle any app you throw at it. However when I compare it to my OLED based set I see the that the OLED has a slight edge in contrast and its ability to produce black…

LG QNED 43"
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We LOVE this tv!! We really didn't need one since the one we had was only about 5 years old, but seeing how clear pictures are now, we decided to get a new one. We don't need a big scene tv and we wanted something SIMPLE to figure out. Picked out this LG QNED one and brought it home. Easy to install, easy enough to figure out, There are still a few buttons on the remote we aren't sure of, but our SIL will help us with that. The picture is just so clear that it feels like they are right in the room with us! I am so happy with this tv!

Amazing Picture & Smooth Performance
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased the 43” Class 82A Series QNED AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV, and I’m extremely happy with my choice. The picture quality is sharp, vibrant, and super clear — the QNED display really makes movies and shows pop. The brightness and color accuracy are way better than I expected for this size and price. The AI features make everything feel smoother, especially when switching between apps or watching different types of content. webOS is easy to use, fast, and very intuitive, even if you’re not super tech-savvy. The TV also pairs well with external speakers or soundbars, and setup was quick with no issues. Overall, this TV is perfect for bedrooms or smaller spaces and delivers premium quality without the premium price. Definitely recommend!

Sound Quality Stinks!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picture quality is good but I would say if you were watching another lower priced brand you would not notice the difference. The one thing that disappointed me the most (to the point I'm considering a return) is the sound quality. AI sound doesn't allow you to customize using the equalizer and standard sound which does allow the equalizer doesn't produce anything decent. Overall every sound option & setting just makes the tv sound like it's in a tin can. The sound is very hollow & I just can't get past that. People say add a sound bar but that seems like a waste considering the tv isn't cheap. The remote is difficult to navigate with the pointer always seeming like it wants to point somewhere else. The TV does not display the time so if you're watching tv and want to know what time it is, don't trying pressing the menu button. Overall, this tv is more like using a computer than a tv. If you want to watch regular stations, you're better off with an older tv that performs basic functions. I'm not concerned with downloading a bunch of random, untested apps to put on my tv. If I wanted to do that, I have a cell phone with unlimited internet. Overall I'm super disappointed!

Enjoying new LG
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Enjoyed this fourth purchase of an LG TV for my home. Awesome picture, very “smart”. Sound quality ok but the remote, on-like those on my other LGs, is overly sensitive and not user friendly. Hence the 4 stars. Getting it from Best Buy went easy as usually been the case with past purchases.

Excellent TV, Broken Smart Features
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this 43-inch LG QNED82A (2025) specifically because it supports modern smart home features, including LG ThinQ, Apple HomeKit, and network-based remote control. Unfortunately, my experience has been very frustrating. Like my newer LG B5 OLED, this television has a tendency to turn itself back on after being shut down. The television is integrated into an Apple Home environment and connected to an Apple TV. After turning the television off using HomeKit scenes, the LG ThinQ app, or other smart home controls, the television may power itself back on shortly afterward. The television typically returns to the previous Apple TV input, often displaying the Apple TV screensaver. The most frustrating aspect of this problem is that the settings required for remote control functionality also appear to contribute to the unwanted wake behavior. Disabling features such as “TV On With Mobile” and Wake on LAN can reduce the problem, but doing so also prevents the television from responding to: * LG ThinQ power commands * Apple HomeKit power commands * remote power-on functionality In other words, owners are forced to choose between: 1. Having working smart home integration. 2. Having a television that reliably stays turned off. This defeats much of the purpose of purchasing a modern smart television with advertised smart home support. I contacted LG support regarding similar behavior on another 2025 LG television. The recommended solution was to disable the very features required for remote control operation. While that may stop the television from waking, it also disables major advertised functionality. The picture quality, brightness, and overall performance of this television are excellent for the price. However, buyers who intend to use: * Apple HomeKit * LG ThinQ * Apple TV integration * smart home scenes * remote power control * Ethernet or network-based control should understand that these features may not operate reliably. This issue appears to affect multiple 2025 LG televisions in my home while older LG models operating on the same network and in the same Apple Home environment do not exhibit these problems. If you simply want a television that is controlled entirely by the included remote, you may never encounter these issues. If you are purchasing this television specifically because of its advertised smart home capabilities, I would strongly encourage researching these behaviors before buying.

Great Bedroom TV!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great Bedroom TV! The picture is great overall. The remote menu is complicated, but learnable. The speakers sound richer and fuller, than previous TVs. I personally believe the HDR is not very brite, on preset settings. Some people might diagree. Overall, this TV is Great!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tv processor is what i was really going for. I had a 2017 led model and this is a big step up for me. The picture quality is fine. Oled is always the better selection but for this budget. It works great for viewing. Cant complain

LG QNED 43” AI tv with Alexa’s and Web OS
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice Tv, but not impressed with the Web Os. I found the Remote difficult to navigate with. It has the magic remote. Bought me a universal remote for LG TV just so I could navigate the system. Took me awhile to figure out how to get my streaming apps to work. Not user friendly for this old lady lol Almost sent the TV back.Once I finally figured it out after 2 days, GOGGLING AND YOUTUBE from my phone,it’s working fine. First time experience with an LG tv. Stuff on it I will probably never use. Beautiful picture, Still navigating getting the sound right.

Perfect TV for Our Bedroom
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We purchased The LG 43-inch 82A QNED 4K TV for our bedroom to replace a 16 year old Sony 1080p TV that finally gave up. It has a substantially better picture -- very sharp, better contrast and blacks, and bright colors and picture. I like the LG OS and (unlike many people) also like the "Magic" Remote, just be patient and learn to use the pointer. All in all, we are very happy with the TV and will seriously consider getting a larger size of the same model for our basement family room. The TV works beautifully with Verizon Fios. The TV speakers sound a little thin and lack bass, but that was an issue with every brand we looked at. Just get an inexpensive sounbar and the problem is solved.

Terrific TV. Great Value!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this TV. It is a terrific value for the price. I am using it in a bedroom. The screen display is vibrant and sharp. It was very easy to set up - I’m 75 and did it on my own. The only confusing element was getting my cable screen to appear on the TV Home Screen as an option. You first go to the input screen and select it and then it appears as a routine selection on the opening screen. The sound is good for me but might need a soundbar in a larger room. I don’t do a lot of gaming so can’t speak to that . Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

High glare, low satisfaction
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Disappointed. Yes, it's big and has lots of pixels. But I shopped and shopped trying to find a non-glare, matte LG screen for my computer. This wasn't it. Mostly I see the windows in my office — can't even use the left 20 percent of the monitor. All the LG chats, GPT queries and web searches returned contradictory advice. In-store product experts were absent. I finally took a shot on the 43QNED82A. Missed the target. But wait, there's less: The remote control is a bad joke, the user interface is anti-intuitive, and nothing is documented. Disappointed.

More fun, less weird techno-weird stuff
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Reluctantly I bought a TV/WebOS shows-movies device. With if all things - a remote! Last time I bought a TV it had dials and knivxms not to mention a 29” on the diagonal. I love my new TV! Easy to learn all kinds of new hoodies and a beautiful display that has jewel-like claruty! Thanks, Best Buy, you’re the best!

Very nice picture--limitations on how apps display
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picture is sharp and clear. Thevoice assistant on the remote control does not work as well as my previous cable TV. If often says something doesn't exist unless you tell it where to look. Finally, it does not allow you to easilymove the apps used the most (reorder) to left hand side

Love it, minus the mouse option
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV is awesome!! Pretty fast. Graphics and user interface are great! The only issue I have is the remote (reason for 4 stars): if you accidentally hit a certain button, the cursor option appears and the remote becomes a mouse, which can be frustrating. What I do like about the remote is that you don't have to hit it a thousand times to select letters when entering and passwords and such. Overall good!
