Batteries have been changed multiple times. It’s only some of the buttons. I’ve reached out multiple times to customer service as well as the closest store to me. Always left on hold and never get to speak to anyone. I’m now finding the time to go to the store to get this situated but it makes me not want to buy From Best Buy ever again.
