Clear picture looks great on poolroom adds great value

The process was very easy. Went on line and bought the TV. Drove to the store and picked up curb-side. The only problem I had was that I had to make an additional trip to pickup on item that was not in stock which was not a big deal. Everyone was very nice and the process went very well.

This is my 2nd smart TV. I use OTA. The LG channels are a bonus. The 1 thing I am still figuring out is why one of the LG channels would play a movie and keep restarting it and go a little further the next time. Still seeing what else it is capable of, but overall an added benefit

I am happy with this updated T V for my use. I wanted one that I could use VHS and DVD with. The one draw back for me is that I wanted to have it sit on my cabinet. The wide apart feet would not allow for the use of the cabinet. I had to order a center stand and install the stand to accommodate the cabinet.

I love my TV. Not cable box needed. That is a 12 dollar saving off my cable bill.

This was a great purchase. I had one previously but my Husband broke it playing with our son in the house. It’s a great size for the kids/ guest room or bedroom. The video/screen quality is awesome. Only downfall is how sensitive it is. So be super careful. Great buy and Awesome price point

This TV has a decent picture quality and it offers amazing features. The only issue I have with the TV is that the screen cuts off on HDMI1 after 10 minutes of no usage, I don’t know how to stop that from happening.

We had a thunder storm that took out our LG 37inch HDTV and decided to stay with the LG brand because of the experience we had with the old one. I am glad we stayed with the LG it is a great value.

Love the LG smart TV’s only issue I have had is that 1 of my 3 had the wifi card go out. I just purchased a Roku and still use the TV

Instructions for setting up television was of no help. Called LG on the phone and they walked me through process. Very pleased with this purchase and as always with the professional help & courtesy of all the help at the store.

delivered by the expected date. tv was broken when received. when to best buy and they conveniently had another one in store that i could get instead. they handled the problem with grace. thanks best buy

I love this tv. It is very clear and has vibrant colors. Easy connectivity and I like that once connected to wifi, it has its own channels that you can browse through (that don't require a paying subscription).

I was so pleased with picture but shortly after the port says no signal so I put in the other hdmi port. It worked fine few days and it happens again. I go back to the other ports and works fine again for few days. I have to keep changing. It is soooo annoying! Has to be an sue with lg! Other tv did fine. No issues
