Great TV - But Bad Cord

The TV itself is pretty good, but the TV cord I've had nothing but problems with it. It just doesn't seat well enough in the back of the TV and the wall outlet. It seems loosen up by itself. I don't feel that I should have to pay for a new cord from LG.

However, in the past two years they seem to be cutting corners and sacrificing quality and customer service. Absolutely no owners manual - just a small quick start guide. As this is my first "smart" tv purchase, I have many questions. The quick-start's "solution" to every question is "Go online to LG.com" NOT ACCEPTABLE. I expect an owner's manual in the box when I purchase a substantial product. This is not a thumb drive.... Getting LG to send a printed owners manual has taken a month and provided NO results.
