Shipping Misleading

BUT, instead of shipping from the Strongsville store where this TV was 'in stock' it was shipped from California! it took over two weeks to arrive. it was not mentioned in the 'shipping option' that the TV was coming from Cal. Ridiculously long wait! Ad not clear at all.

not worth it

I looked up solutions online and sooo many people are having the same problems with this tv and LG in general. Some say theres a law suit against them. Im not expert but I'm pretty sure this isn't supposed to be happening. Its a BRAND NEW TV and it keeps shutting on and off. its so annoying. watch they tell me i can't do anything about it... what a piece of crap

Could use a better design

Disappointed

The viewing angle is extremely poor along with the blacks/dark scenes which are marbled with shadows. The speakers were tolerable but the recommended LG soundbar is not much better. I would have been happier paying more for a quality TV.

Not what I expected from LG.

This was to replace one tv that finally died after 10 years. The picture was fuzzy, the sound was off. Returned for a Toshiba that was on sale and I'm glad I did.

Stopped working within 6 months.

It turns on but you can’t watch anything. It has only sat on a stand the whole time. It was a nice little TV until is stopped working.

Very disappoint with LG smart TV

Very disappoint with LG brand.

Defective product

Restart takes over a minute before TV responds to the remote. Best Buy tech support won't respond to my calls. I'm a retired TV repair person, so I'm not clueless about what is defective, and what is not.

No AirPlay screen mirroring

The agent recommended this model, however it does not include screen mirroring AirPlay. I use AirPlay each week, so it was disappointing to learn about this omission after I setup the TV and spent time trying to get it configured for all my streaming options. Maybe I'm unique, but I can't imagine a "Smart TV" without an AirPlay or screen mirroring option.
