Great Bang For Your Buck TV

I bought this TV for the kids room to play their Switch. I almost prefer this TV to my SK9000 minus the MagicRemote—it has amazing clarity. The quality of this TV with plenty of inputs (component is nice to have!) coupled with its low price is hard to beat. I’m very satisfied with this TV.

I'm pleased with the picture and sound and the ability to choose what settings please me best for my viewing and listening. I was very pleased to buy this for less than $200.

LG smart tv

It is very light weight so I could easily put it on the wall mount. The smart feature was no problem at all for me to complete connection to all my favorite streaming I am very satisfied with the tv & with Best Buy as I ordered on the website & had curbside delivery.

My son's only complaint is he has issues with trying to stream stuff. Not sure why or how he just said you have to have some LG app on your phone & pay for it. I'm not sure I haven't had time to look into it yet. I just know the picture is really nice.

TV is great value for the price range

I purchased a sharp43 inch tv which was delivered to me damaged I promptly returned it to a local store for an exchange which they no longer had in stock so I purchased the LG at a higher price I did not have the original sharp box with the mounting hardware so I was charged 40.00. I found the hardware and returned it the next day for which I received a refund so I thought. When I opened Amex bill the supposed refund turned out to be a charge I called your customer service I area with no satisfaction. The agent could not or would not understand what I was trying to accomplish be told me to go back to the local store. This will be the 4 th trip to this store since I ordered the tv. Your customer service agent leave a lot to be desired mainly because he didn’t listen. After this fiasco is complete I am not sure about future business with Best Buy
