I went in looking for a TV to replace my 40 inch that was getting long in years and misbehaving. I looked at pretty much everything in the store in the 40 - 49 inch range, The LG expert guided me towards his products (surprise, surprise) and, in particular, sold me on a LG because of their Smart Remote. So originally, I settled on a 4K model, but you had to order these models; you couldn't take it home. He stated that the Smart Remote would work with this model. Well, it doesn't - and in a later visit to the store, another LG person contradicted his statement. My greatest reason for wanting a Smart TV was the MLB.tv app, as I love to watch baseball - don't buy an LG for that reason, as their version of the app has not been updated since 2015 - after trying every trick the internet told me to do, I bought a Roku. The Roku app is 1 million times better. The picture is great, but don't believe the sales people.

I was looking for a good product at a reasonable price. The LG brand name stand own it own with recognition for having a good product line. This TV was a great value at the price.

Still working to this day and has made it through two moves. Only thing is the wear on the remote. The letters have been worn by the kids

I’ve been pleased with this Television purchase. The picture quality has been terrific for NFL games to MLB games, to music videos (You Tube and Music TV stations), action films etc!

The TV is good quality, however when you use the apps, they tend to update frequently. For a few weeks we were unable to use one of the apps (which could also be a cable problem as well) Overall, the TV is great and love all the apps it comes with.

LOVE THIS TV. GREAT PICTURE.the Web3. Operating system works great and fast. Also own an OLED55B6P with this feature. LG does make life good. This has become a great basement rec room tv.

Fantastic tv! This is for our bedroom --- couldn't ask for more ----except not crazy about the legs on each end. Like the center stand better. Barely fits on our chest of drawers.

I love this tv it is just the right size for the bedroom very clear picture excellent color and the remote is easy to use when I go from regular tv to my netflix it is very easy to do

This TV is great it has great picture quality and sound. I love the setup for captioning. Mom is hard of hearing and this TV shows the lettering in the right places to read them.

Very good set from LG. I like that I have the ability to use my phone as a remote via an app from the Google Play store. Very easy to setup although Webos can be a bit slow. Good picture quality for 1080p. I am very happy so far with this set.

We weren't sure which tv we needed to buy. Adam was so helpful in helping us choose this tv. We love it! The picture is very clear and bright. Great value for the money we spent!

Had to replace my 8 year old 27 in TV so decieded to get a smart TV. I've heard LG made decent smart TV's so deceided to get one. Very happy with the choice, works flawlessly.

I just want to say the young man that helped me was,a great help in chosing this tv. It has all the Aps I like and easy to understand set up. I can all so set up my phone in it.

I’ve had this TV since 2018, it’s still in my room and running flawlessly. The features are always updating with LG’s system updates.

We bought the TV for a gift for our grandchild. We needed a smart tv so we could put Netflix on so the child can watch his movies. He does not have a cable box in his room.

We were looking for a tv for a big open room. Turns out to be the perfect size, without being too big. Great quality and we look forward to watching many movies on this tv!

The picture and sound from this TV is wonderful. It is for the guest room and it is serving the purpose. I like it and I brought another one for the other bedroom.

I’ve had the same box tv for the longest until I decide to get flat screen tv. Now my room looks much brighter and the tv looks great in my room. Plus the sound is awesome.
