Too much technology for me at 77 years old

I do wish I could get the picture from 120% so that I could see scores of games on some channels, "breaking news" is "king" news and names of presenters are cut off. I have gone back to Best Buy and got instructions but they didn't work.I have worked through the features to correct the problem but no luck. Otherwise, I'm sure my Overall Rating (above) would be 5 stars.

After about 4 hrs on the phone with my wi-fi carrier, we came to the conclusion that it was the tv and not the wi-fi. After changing some settings on my wi-fi, it finally connected. Exactly one week later, the power went out, and it wouldn't connect again. This time, it only took 1/2 hr to fix. It has just disconnected itself from the wi-fi for no known reason at least 3 more times and each time, I have to re-enter all of the information, just like starting from scratch. The color, sound, etc is great, but for some unknown reason, it won't stay connected to the wi-fi, even though my other smart tv's and everything else is fine!

Posted .Hi Grace, I can image how frustrating it is to have to reconnect to the WIFI, repeatedly . Have you tried power cycling the television? You do this by unplugging the unit, then hold the power button on the unit for 60 seconds. Then plug it back in. After this, check for firmware updates. Also, double check your connections to ensure they are secure. Spent a lot of time on the phone with LG support, finally had to get internet provider involved. This is a known issue with this TV.

I previously purchased this TV and they were a little bigger, more sturdy, and placed a little further in. On this TV, they are not as big and are placed almost at the edges.
