We love that tv lg we enjoy it watching with Family

It has a good picture..but I do not like the new tuner that scans new an unique channels an then rearranges them. Get a SAMSUNG! just my humble opinion. The picture is no better or worse just like Samsung and its more user friendly software and wifi options.

This Was a purchased gift for someone very pleased

TV went dead a year after I got it, I am very unhappy with LG. I see the TV is on clearance for a cheap price but I wouldn't even buy it for a $100...

Love the TV but it only came with 1/4 large screws that is needed to mount to the wall. The rest of the pieces were in individual bags but this one screw was just loose in the box. Also wish there was a Hulu button on the remote.

This TV is a secondary basement set. For that function combined with the price makes this a nice purchase. It was more difficult to set up. The WFI reception is not as robust as other TVs that I have. It serves the purpose.

I purchased and kept this tv for a couple days before setting it up. After setting up and using for about 8 hours I decided to return it. It has great picture quality for a low cost tv, but the os has a clumsy interface. The "apps" are very limited. And the sound was, of course, awful - but they all are. Anyway, kudos to Best Buy- the return for credit on my card was a no hassle experience.

Decent for gaming only if it have HDR. Dont buy this if u have 4k gaming console. There are better unit with HDR but they are very pricey so be prepare for your wallet to cry if you have a plebian lifestye

Decent TV, randomly disconnects from wifi and is not found on the router. Almost always happens after 30 minutes of streaming Hulu, in particular. Purchased end of February, reviewed late April.

Size on box misleading this TV was smaller than my 42 inch lg I had had to go with the 49 inch to match the size of my current 42 inch. Son said it was great for playing his ps4 on

I acknowledge that This is a budget tv. But the settings menus were very, very restrictive. They only allowed a handful of preset modes to choose from, with no advanced or expert mode for fine tuning the settings to be ideal. I can’t work with that. I got rid of this faster than I got it. I went out and got a new tv the same night.

Hard to find the video(picture) adjustments. Average quality HD. Volume is satisfactory. Easy to find smart tv features, Netflix, Amazon,etc.

This TV was not very sharp. The controls are confusing. The TV take forever to turn on. After you get to turn on the screen whites out after 10 seconds after it stays on permanently I thought LC would have made a more user friendly product. I should have stayed with Samsung. I have 3 of their products which are superior K Also LG must make other brands like Proscan which is a cheaper brand. Both roducts are identacle.

I bought this TV on Black Friday. The TV was easy to set up, but vertical and horizontal lines appeared on the screen after I turned it on. I checked the connections and restarted the TV but I couldn't solve the issue. I returned the TV and was informed this was a recent common issue that people complained about so I decided to not exchange for another one. I bought a different brand instead. I would not recommend getting a LG TV.

Picture quality is dull. Can’t be compared to Sony or Samsung TV. Sound is poor. But good thing is price is less :)

This is a nice TV but the power supply had an issue and it has never been the same since then

I have a previous 65 inch same brand and 4K, but the quality of this 42 inch is not as good on the clarity.

Not as vivid as I expected, would have helped if there was a basic diagram for making all the connections
