    It's not good for watching ball games, i.e. ghost shadow. But on the other side, 4k movie looks awesome!

    And yet again the purchase did not disappoint. LG’s brand and the price of this television is astounding. The television is as smart and smooth as any HDTV out there.

    Set up was very easy, video is excellent, my only minor complaint is the audio quality. The speakers sound very cheap and sound quality is average at best. I will be adding a sound bar.

    1 big minus for the star I gave was the light vertical gray shade on both side of the edges of the frame, if you look close you will see them, so the screen is not perfectly spread light evenly,in long run they will bother someone. I checked some cheaper TV I did not see these shades.

    I have had this TV for 5 years and now it want even turn on. Took it to a repair shop said it would cost more to fix it than it’s worth.

    Unfortunately, I didn’t realize that there were terrible TVs and this was it. I’ve always bought Aquos. Those TVs are user friendly and perform for many years until you decide that you need/want a new tv. I decided that we would purchase a new tv since we’ve had our aquos since 2007 and it’s still kicking. Decided on this LG. The control couldn’t be flimsier and toy like. No light for night tv view. This tv shouldn’t even be in the market. Horrible!

    Stopped working within 3 months

    This TV stopped working within 3 months of purchase. Horrible customer care experience, they say doesn't have service support in Topeka, KS. Even if it's within the warranty period, no guarantee of repair or support from the customer care. Even after repeated followup, no one has turned up and the TV now is just a junk piece now. I would not recommend anyone to purchase this TV.

    No Screws

    I bought it because we have an 55 inch LG and i liked the price. Got it home and opened it. No screws. I tried to find them at the hardware store and they do not have any that match the correct turn (only have .7). And of course the documentation nor the LG customer service didnt know what the turn was and i got something and it didnt work. :( So, i am taking it back and maybe getting another. Lessons learned. Always open the box before you leave and check to make sure everything is in the box.

    Less than 2 weeks

    I figured I'd buy a second LG TV in 6 months. This set keeps losing the WIFI connection. So once it does? You go to the settings and half the time and the settings won't open. However when it does the set will show no WIFI available. Now typically I see multiple avail, with all my neighbors and mine. The only way to fix is to unplug the set and reboot. I've read online others with the same issues. Last night I was disconnected 3 times and gave up!

    Doesn't stay connected to Wi-Fi

    Bought this less then a year ago. Worked good for first couple months. Now it will not stay connected to my internet. Even tho I can change it to my fire stick and it works just fine. Then you havr to wait for ages it seems like for it to search for the Wi-Fi signals to try and connect it again. All my internet stuff and tv are in the same room. Regret buying this.

    Bought in Aug 2020 and it's already dead. Screen went black, but sound still works. Tried all of the recommended tips online to reset, no dice. Disappointed. Google "LG model: 43uj6200 screen went black"

    Backlight died after 5 years only

    This is a bad product, and such are LG TVs. Slow TV, and worst of all, it lasted 5 years only. The backlight just died today, 3/25/2023. Dont waste money on LG products.

    The internet connection on this tv is terrible. It only works 10% of the time. I purchased this tv to use predominantly with Netflix so this has been extremely frustrating.

    The content plays faster than usual even if it is not in FF mode. this is true for a a streaming device as well as for preloaded apps.Working towards replacing this box

    Worst hdmi connections

    Hdmi inputs go bad after a few months. There menu navigation is a little to complicated compare to sony and Samsung.
