I’ve only had the television for about two weeks, but so far so good. It’s my first smart TV and surprisingly it hasn’t been hard to navigate. I haven’t had the opportunity to use everything the tv offers but I will.

Purchased tv in November of 2017. Now in July of 2021 the led backlight has failed. Tv had a clear picture and sound was ok. Disappointed the it failed in under 4 years.

I bought this TV on an early access Black Friday deal for $270. It works and looks great, I just wish LG would be more Apple friendly in their casting and apps. Also thought it was unfortunate that you can’t get HBO or showtime on it either. I just have to use one of my consoles to get those services.

It is a great TV, however I found out that the screen is just too small for my living room. Returned it for a 50" screen model Never had any problems with LG product.

I bought this because my Plasma TV puts out to much heat for summer use. This LG TV was on sale but more important it had features I liked. It lowered temperature by 5 degrees in my living room.

My only issue is that I have not been able to connect my TV to my lg cd/radio system. I got a Bluetooth transmitter and still having issues with connectivity. I will eventually get it. Thank u.

It’s a 40 inch tv so it’s not incredibly big. I’ve used it for a second tv for a game room, and it’s great for the size, has great video quality, and looks fantastic. Plus it’s easy to use as well.

good tv but makes an odd noise through the speakers and had to turn down volume when I plug in an up converted hdmi cable. maybe the scaler having trouble figuring out what the signal is. hopefully it doesn't fail.

After the TV is powered on for awhile, the plastic frame will make a popping and cracking sound. Other this is, it has a good picture. I use the Amazon quick buttons on the remote which is a good feature.

I have owned several TV’s and this TV is by far the best value for the amount of options it has. It is the first TV that literally boots up within 1 second instead of 10 seconds that my last TV

With cable tv quality looks terrible.but blu ray or 4K is amazing quality.. I didn't know i have to now purchase a 4k dvd player and movies to get the full kick on the tv. Kinda wanted to return it but I can't nomore

For the price I paid at 279.99 it’s worth it. I bought it for my camper trailer. It has good picture but the colors aren’t very vivid/bright and the black color is more dark grey compared to my samsung series 6000 40”

I really love how the amazon function is integrated with this tv. I also like the fact that it has an ethernet port! sleep button on the remote! all in all, great tv at a very fair price!

I use this TV in my office primarily as an external monitor for my PC and my MacBook. It works great and is much cheaper than a computer monitor of the same resolution, never mind the size.

My visit to Best Buy Thanksgiving sale was very nice and helpful service. Great price for my 43 inch LG 4k tv. I told my BFF and she returned her 40inch back to Walmart and came to BEST Buy.

Love LG products, but this one disappointed slightly. Had some sound sync issues. Smart features not as clean as some other options. Good picture quality prevents the rating from being any lower.

I purchased this TV for my mother and she is in love with it. I thought it was too small at first but it's actually a great size along with the graphics and the apps that are downloadable.

Great TV - Very happy with purchase, and very happy with performance of TV. Best Buy installed on wall for me and did a great job, too! Would repeat the whole process again when needed!

Bought during black friday of last year(2017) having it for almost a year. I can say its a great tv. The only issue is staying connected to my inhome wifi. But the rest is amazing

This has been a great TV since I bought it. I love the quality of its screen resolution and the home menu. Playing video games is great because it can recognize different sources.
