Out of the box the picture was dark. I tried all the basic adjustments but no help. After researching on LG web site it was recommended changing the power saver setting. Much better

I love this TV already, I would say the only flaw is that there is only one button, the power button so if you want to turn it off, to have to hold it down

Great TV SMART TV! You can't really go wrong with LG as their TV products are great builds, great quality, and almost always meet or exceed expectations.

This television does what it needs to, however there are 2 annoying things about it that come into play at times. The television seems less bright than most, which can be annoying in a reflective/bright situation. The other issue is that the sound is terrible and you need a soundbar of some sort. I ended up getting a Sonos bar because the outputs are limited whilst the sound being bad. For the price, it's great. I probably would have bought something better if I did it again.

Great tv for the price. Only reason I gave it 4 stars vs 5 is that the sound is not as great. You do need a sound bar if you want to watch a movie and really hear the effects.

I was told by our electrician, that I needed to buy LG TVs for the reception areas at our offices. LG is by far the best brand over all. Almost dummy proof.

We bought this LG TV to replace an older plasma. It is much lighter, bright and clear display, and works really well with all of our devices. Great value!

Set up was extremely simple. Connects easily. Only 4 stars because I'm having issues with my phone connecting to screen share, which is one of my main reasons for the purchase.

I needed a tv for my bedroom but wasn't sure about the LG quality. After research and getting advice from the Best Buy personnel I decided on this tv. I am happy so far.

I use this TV outside. It works well but a little less bright during bright daylight but overall ok. Had to disable Trumotion to get rid of the "soap opera" effect.

Programming, during the initial setup, was a little chelledging. I did call LG customer service. They helped a lot. They could have made it easier. The television works well.

Bought this tv as a birthday gift for my brother. Everyone in family loves the quality of product and no problem since we bought it.

Replacing a big cathode video, I find the LG product represents an order of magnitude improvement over old technology. Bright, clear realistic video, simple to master.
