    Bought this tv for my nephews. The display overall is very dim compared to ALL TV's out on market. Even after adjusting to 'vivid' mode and increasing brightness, the picture was very dim. Only when I went into the settings (3 levels deep) was I able to fine "store" display mode that made it look like other tvs in the store. Of course, this increases the energy consumption.

    It's a good price for what seemed to be a lot of TV but when I got it home and set it up it had some damage at the top of the screen. It wasn't noticeable until you turn it on and then you could see it in the picture itself. It seems really flimsy, and I am taking it back today to exchange it, but I'm debating whether I will get the same TV or try something different.
