We researched and read reviews for several weeks before we went to the store.. that's the most important part for me... the actual picture. Most brands do the same thing (we are not a picky family) but what it comes down to is the picture. It has to "WOW" me. It has to take my breath away. This LG did that and was the only one on the shelves that did. Yeah, all 4Ks are supposed to wow you but they don't. Yeah, you can change the settings but it's more than that too. Our last TV, a Samsung, wow'd me for 9 years and still wow'd me the day it died. I can only hope this LG will do the same!

Bought this for my in-laws. It's a perfect size and offers great picture quality. The price was very appealing for a 4K smart TV. My father in-law is very happy with purchase.

The works well, but Best Buy charges to much for open item. They sell TVs with no remotes, no power cords, scratches, dents, no stands. They do nothing to make sure it all works

Clear picture with an easy to set up. Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming apps with out chrome cast or apple TV. Perfect for binge watching TV in bed.

This seems to be an entry level Smart TV. It is an excellent unit that i would reccomend. It is easy to set up. It’s picture is crisp and vibrant.

I am very happy with the picture quality of this TV. It is very easy to use because Netflix and Amazon were already on the menu bar and have a special key on the remote.

We needed a TV quickly, and not too large. It is a solid smart TV for the money. We prefer our Sony SmartTV for the picture quality and Smart Menu.
