Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the picture quality, ease of setup, price, and size of the 43" Class - LED - UJ6300 Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR. They appreciate the good picture quality, easy setup process, affordability, and suitable size for various placements. However, customers are negative about the brightness, remote control, sound, durability, and stand. They find the brightness lacking compared to Samsung TVs, the remote control unintuitive, the sound quality subpar, the TV prone to damage, and the stand flimsy.

The people at Best Buy were fantastic in helping me to initially purchase this TV. This TV also functions just fine and has a beautiful picture. However, LG Corporate has decided to limit the TV shows users can see, unfortunately. It took me two LONG calls to LG's TV support people to discover this. LG Corporate will not let it's customers watch Fox News, which I like to watch. As such, I returned the TV and bought an Insignia TV which does allow me to watch Fox News.

This model screen is too dark. The contrast can't be changed. Shadows an dark area make watching this TV undesirable...poor quality for the price.

They write "4k" to attract customers. However, my samsung tv that I purchased 12 years ago ($6000) has better colors and overall motion quality then this tv. Basically, this is a budget product.

This is a very good tv from Best Buy 2017 model. It's a TV for my daddy who is 90.5 years old. He still think his old TV that was struck by lightning is better. It's not but you don't agree with him.

I need a remote for this TV. It was open box but that's BS no remote. If this was a wall mount the remote should of been available. Not happy.

The tv is small. Once I brought it home I realizied that the picture is so small you can't even get the true 4k picture. I would save my money and get a bigger 4k.

I've owned this TV now for less than 2 years, and the wifi no longer works on it, it's been adult owned, meaning it hasn't been subjected to the rigors children would place on a tv, it's been wall mounted in the same spot it's entire service life , nothing has been sat on it or spilled in it. This is the 2nd LG TV I've owned that has had wifi failures, thus making it a not smart TV , the very reason it was purchased, I hate to say it but i may have to go to Samsung

The video modes are somewhat dark. I have to set the mode to vivid to see what is going on. 4K players are expensive at this time. Netflix will make available movies fo an extra $2.

Color saturation is so-so; TruMotion gives that dreaded "soap opera" effect for movies and film production; and auto defaults are not so good. But the TV does work, I guess.

Needed this tv for the bedroom. Wanted the "4k" option. Does not look any better than my 6yr old Samsung. Smart option is nice, but again not thrilled with the technology

For 329 Black Friday sale, I was not expecting a lot. But I was expecting it to be better than my 9 year old plasma. Returning this back to BestBuy. Read reviews 1st and it was rated well. Turned off power saver and turned off true motion based on reviews. The texts are blurry. 4K looks good and that’s the only good thing. The TV cannot upsample Sling or any steaming well. Since most channels broadcast in 720p, you will get an ugly picture ... especially sports with any motion setting.

I was torn between this TV and a similar one by Samsung because the prices and review ratings were comparable. I chose this one because it was 43” v. the 40” offered by Samsung. I owned this TV for several weeks before returning it and ultimately going with the Samsung. I made this choice because an intermittent short on the HDMI port and poor picture/color rendering on the LG. After owning both TV’s, it’s clear I made the right choice as the Samsung is superior in every way.
