Compared to our 55" Samsung tv the colors and quality are sub par. Not a bad tv for the money but I'd rather spend a little more for a higher quality.

Decent TV for a kid or someone who doesn't care about the picture quality. The 6000 series level used to be higher end, but now its LG's cheap model.

Ya legs are very weak. Good picture. But the apps were very limited. I would not buy it again

Within 4 months. Wouldn’t work. But I just hung it up on the wall with my ps4 and the wifi card magically works again

My husband and I were looking for a new TV but didn't want to spend a ton of money. We found this one and then they found an open box so it was cheaper. They told us the reason it was returned was for hardware problems but after having it for a couple months it's disconnects from the internet constantly!!!! And won't connect back even if we reset the internet. All other devices on the internet are fine when the TV does this.

We have not bought a tv in a long time. I am very disapporinted with this picture and size that we purchased. Should have waited.

Update WI FI damage 4 years of normal used pic okay , for the time last is ok

Husband and I bought this tv with high hopes. Sadly I'm sure when we bought it had a scratch on the screen and within 10 days it made the screen full of lines. When we tried to return it we were told we couldn't return it as it wasn't there when we bought it. Watching tv and it was fine. Turned it off to only turn it in a couple hours later and it was messed up. Sadly we had to eat the cost of the tv which wasn't cheap.

I am giving a Middle of the Road rating as there were things I liked and things I didn't like about my purchase. First of all we had several TV's in mind when we went to make a purchase and ended up with an LG as we had reviews on this model. We wanted a 43" for the master bedroom as we had a 55" of a different brand in our living room. As any purchase when you read a review you are going to find many comments on both sides of the spectrum. Here are a few pros and cons we found to be true that came forward in the other reviews, that I will expand on later. Pro's: 1. Light Weight and easy to handle. (thank God as we had to mount it) 2. Remote has Amazon and Netflix buttons and easy to use, but feels and looks cheap. Still I like the functionality! 3. Sound is excellent as compared to other flat screens I have owned-bold and not tinty-in other words you don't have to run the volume up to the highest setting to hear! 4. Apps are laid out nice on the home menu and easy to acess, I also like the fact it is trully a smart TV. 5. For the most part user menu's are friendly, but also sometimes hard to find what your looking for-don't count on the instructions that come with it-they are worthless! 6. Price compared to other brands and size is very reasonable! Con's 1. First negative we found right out of the box, the feet or stand is almost placed as wide as the TV-therefore it wouldnt' fit on our stand and we had to make an additional purchase of a wall mount which pumped the price up another $69. Why the manufacturer placed them that far apart, I will never know (be sure to measure your stand if you want to buy this model). 2. The TV's plastic looks cheap and probably is, but I didn't mind once the TV was mounted and in the air (a minor gripe) 3. The sharpness or picture as most of the reviews comment on, is in my book fair to poor-to me it trully doesn't have the quality picture of a 4k like it should. 4. The instructions that come with the TV are awful and almost comical. Now to expand, it depends on what features on a 4K you are looking for. In my case I wanted a TV for the bedroom (4k) at a decent price. Well I got that, but also in the process I don't have the quality picture I paid for on my main TV which is a 4K Sony product...almost not even up to the Proscan which is a cheaper model in my spare bedroom. Nextly the fact that it wouldn't fit on my stand and I had to pay an extra $69 bucks, not including tax, for a wall mount and not ot mention all the hard work that went with it to mount the TV. If I had known that was the case up front, I wouldn't have put that extra money spent into another better brand or quality 4K TV. Bottom line is that it will do for now, but I am not dancing in the streets over my purchase. In other words probably my first and last purchase of an LG product, we will see over time!

This tv displays dark, even when adjusted. The voice that sounds whenever you change the volume is annoying

I like this TV, but even blasting up the brightness it's really dark. Wish I went with something more vibrant.

This tv has not great quality of image. there are many others tv with better quality at the same price

Picture quality lacking in color richness, depth an brilliance. Overall average tv but descent tv.

I bought this as an external monitor for my computer but my Vizio 43" has much better picture.

The internal modem broke after 1.5 years! It worked well enough when it worked.

bough5 this on november 23rd 2017. now no signal has to turn off and tv back in to signal

The TV loses color if you change the channel to fast but will reset in about a minute

LG makes great cellphones and other products, but ťhe TV'S are average at best.

I don’t care for this TV so far it keeps locking up and the apps aren’t in HD.
