    The color and sharpness seems to be compromised. I kept thinking wether or not there is a ultra thin protective plastic over the screen. Apparently not. Screen appears fussy. I expect better quality.

    Very disapointed. Quality of picture is not even close to what I would expect from LG. If this is their best, then they are in trouble. I have other LG products and this is not typical of their quality!

    Have had good luck with LG before. This TV wasn't what I expected; the color was always off. Tried all kinds of adjustments and never was satisfied. Returned for another Brand

    I can not get channel 11and 13. Please help.I'm having a lot of issues setting TV to conform to digital converter box. Also I have HDMI cable and I can't get it to work. Help

    The picture was very dark. We tried everything to adjust it but it just wasn't very good. Just not impressed with the product. Took it back, bought a Sony & it is awesome!

    Avoid this TV if you can. For the most part it works well. But being unable to functionally turn on the WiFi once it decides to turn it off on it’s own is a problem

    The picture was dark and no setting would improve it. It was also tricky to get set up. I returned the LG and got a 48" Samsung without 4G. I am much happier with the Samsung

    Easy to set up, connect, and navigate but watching movies on this TV is like watching a reality show. And if you are not in front of it, the view is even worse.

    This tv is absolutely horrible. The WiFi card stopped working within a year of owning it. Had Lg support replace it and it stopped working again. within three months of repair. Two years later the color has completely washed out. The screen has a blue/grey hue no matter no I adjust the picture settings. I will never buy another LG television.

    I had to return this tv. Problems with anything that stays on the screen for too long. Spent a little more and got a higher class tv instead.

    It has tiny gaps between frames and screen. Unlike the Samsung I am using now. It is hard to adjust the picture of the LG to what I desire.

    It took a while to figure out how to change settings so picture isn't dull and dark. After that picture is ok not fabulous.

    After 2 years I still find myself constantly messing with the settings trying to get a quality image. I’ve tested it on multiple devices with multiple HDMI cables, and even the quality of the built in apps were all horrible for a tv that’s supposed to be 4K. Really disappointed with this product.

    Cheap Components

    I could't figure out how to make the display brighter and after some digging I discovered that the internal display components are faulty. Shortly after purchase what I didn't realize is that the LED start to dim because the components are cheap and of poor quality. There is no fix for it except to replace the TV.

    It appears I just don't like 4K. Even after I disable all of the annoying 4K features that turn off the Soap Opera effect, I still don't like it. I don't the feeling that you are in the movie that 4K gives you, I'd rather just be outside the movie thank you very much. I had to return it for a good old fashioned 1080p Samsung.

    My 1st and LAST time buying open box from Best Buy. It stated Open Box EXCELLENT condition. I open the box, the styrofoam is broken into pieces - the tv is not wrapped in anything - I shake my head and pull out the tv - SMASHED - it looks like someone punched the screen - Open box and inspected ?? I THINK NOT - they better refund me tomorrow -

    Due to the poor stand the tv fell over

    The poor design of the stand caused the tv to fall over during the hookiing up of the cables breaking the screen. Never had the chance to turn it on so now I have to recycle it 340:00 down the drain Apparently I am not the only one to have this problem. LG needs to change the stand design It’s much better on their larger screen tv
