Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the picture quality, ease of setup, price, and size of the 43" Class - LED - UJ6300 Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR. They appreciate the good picture quality, easy setup process, affordability, and suitable size for various placements. However, customers are negative about the brightness, remote control, sound, durability, and stand. They find the brightness lacking compared to Samsung TVs, the remote control unintuitive, the sound quality subpar, the TV prone to damage, and the stand flimsy.

My brother bought this model tv for my mom. The legs are flimsy. From the initial set up one leg was more difficult to screw on,the leg finally screwed on. After almost three months my mom was asleep and the tv leg gave out and crashed to the floor off her dresser. She noticed the leg was off the tv on the floor she never found the screw. My mom lives alone. My brother is dealing with the tv company and best buy neither one is of any help,or standing by their products. so now mom has no tv and brother is out of 400 bucks. Thanks LG,Thanks best buy. My family will no longer do business with either company.

    poor picture

Bought this TV from best buy last week and it is going back tomorrow. It is not that I cannot adjust the picture quality to my liking, it is that the picture quality is so bad that it cannot be brought up to my liking :-(. I am surprised that many people actually liked this picture quality; to them I say, while it may be better than your old outdated TV this is replacing, there are much better choices out there, even within the LG brand. Life is too short to not enjoy a high quality picture image, isn't that the main reason you bought an LG (Life is good)!

    Poor Wireless Connection

I had one LG smart TV I bought 2 years ago and it works perfectly. So I thought replacing my 12 year old plasma in my home office with another LG smart TV was a no-brainer. This TV has been disappointing. I agree with the other reviews about the picture darkness. But what is absolutely infuriating is the fact that it keeps dropping connection to wireless. When it does reconnect, the picture quality is horrible. I have 3 other smart TVs in my home and I don't have this issue with any other TVs or any other devices that use WiFi (and I only run one TV at a time, so it's not my wireless). Had I not thrown away the box for this piece of crap, I would return it.

Highly unstable product... Periodic inability to power on. After performing numerous hard resets... powers up for awhile... only to repeat the problem... LG service also in generally not professional support

    Horrible

This TV is awful, don't waste your money. It's slow, the picture is horrible. the inputs for a sound bar are super specific and the tv speakers are a joke. Spend the extra $50 and get the 50 inch vizo, such better products. I've completely lost faith in LG, I'll never but their products again.

Wifi Modules go bad in LG TVs common problem in a year after warranty. LG knows the issue and still does nothing
