Picture is nice this TV works well in my bedroom, sound not very good but I use a sound bar anyhow. Price was right,under $300

This Tv has a great picture and is really easy to use. The speakers are pretty bad in my opinion but the rest of the TV is top notch.

This smart tv was really easy to set up. Once you are done just grab your best chair and enjoy the image super clean and crisp.

Actually a really good TV for the $$ spent was open box floor model and so far it's working fine. Picture took a little tweaking but only for my personal preference , have had this set less than 2 months so can not give a long term rating. I will say this though the 55 in. Vizio I had before this took a dump right after it went out of warranty and it taught me something and that is GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. My LG has a better picture, better sound, and a STABLE stand..as for the rest -time will tell.Peace

I was worried about purchasing a LG TV since I heard mixed reviews, picture quality was great and very user friendly.

I purchased this TV for a bright room. Looks great in the dark and when room is at full brightness. Sound is good, too. The stand, though, leaves much to be desired. Very flimsy and made of thin plastic. I purchased a universal TV stand from Amazon, added another $50 to the price, but well worth it. SmartTV features easy to navigate. Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube can be accessed with remote. Overall, happy with the TV.

I really like the tv. People saying the tv is too dark don't know what they are doing. Turn off the "energy saver" in the settings. It gets much brighter. Samsung is probably better overall. The blacks are better with Samsung. But I got the 43" for the same price as the 40" Samsung. The Samsung looked very dark in the store. This LG is perfect for a bedroom. It is also good for a living room. The LG is better viewing from an angle than the Samsung.
