Very nice, was an upgrade. Extremely happy. Nice picture, great sound, apps,candy just overall.

This is a nice TV and is about half of the price of the one that it replaced while providing better picture quality.

The picture is great, the smart menus are easy to navigate, it was easy to connect to internet via both WiFi and Ethernet cable. The only cons of this are that the bright red standby light is not able to be turned off or dimmed and that the speakers are downward firing. This makes it so you almost HAVE to buy an external speaker bar if you don’t want to have the volume cranked all the time so you can hear it 5 feet away.

I was looking for a 4K TV for my mom's bedroom and after reading the reviews decided to go with this LG 43". It turned out to be an overall great pick and she loves it! The picture quality is excellent and especially at this price point. The only pitfall (for her situation) is that the base for the TV are two "feet" vs a base that inserts in the middle like the OLED models, which prevents it from fitting on the dresser properly; however, mounting will resolve this problem.

When I first set it up it had a dark picture. I tried the basic picture setting but was not very happy with it. I was going to return it. Before I did I went to lg's web site for troubling shooting. They recommended changing the energy saving settings. I turned off the energy savings and the picture is now much brighter.

Great TV for the price so far. Easy to use, and even the kids commented on the picture quality.

This was my first flat screen tv. I thought it was easy to set up. The picture is clear with the HD.

As others have said, great picture, but the lack of written documentation(i.e. some sort of manual) makes this a "you figure it out" device. The automated setup routine, for example, didn't detect my cable feed on the HDMI input. So, until I figured out how to activate that input, I thought the TV was broken. At least give us an on-line manual, LG! Otherwise a very good set.

Sharp picture and pretty high quality sound for a television. I've only used it for Blu-rays and broadcast television so far, but it looks beautiful most of the time. One minor complaint, b&w tv shows pan around in a kind of surreal way. The characters seem to move strangely too. I think the TV is trying to upscale it for me, but it looks weird. If there is a setting to adjust, I have yet to find it.

Easy set-up, good color and sound. Good size for an office, bedroom or small game room.

When I needed a new TV for our den, I set out to buy an LG because that’s the brand we have in other rooms. It’s easy to use, great picture and it has the steady base we need for a stand since we don’t hang it on the wall. Best Buy employees delivered & set it up, connected my other devices and gave me instructions on how to use the remote. We really like this brand and has everything we want in a TV.

Best 4k tv in its class. Easy to use. Full smart apps. Everything you need.

Sharpness and color of this TV is great! We would love a bigger TV but fireplace is too small.
