this is our second LG 4k smart tv. great picture and lots of settings to play with. was most impressed with how solid it is. we managed to drop it pretty good allowing it to hit many things on the way down to the ground and it took no damage. thank you LG for knowing how clumsy my family is!

i wish they made a slightly smaller than 43 inch in 4k but even with limited room and way to close of viewing distance the pic is awesome. i would probably give it 5 stars its just too new and i dont understand how to do all the stuff this tv can do/ the pic is great but im too dumb to rate the smart tv aspect, its my first.

I never had a 4K tv or player, the imagines are great and this is a older model never mind what the more newer model would look like. Even the dvd's and non-4k blu-ray look more sharper , more detail. If this is a older model imagine a newer model look like. Even my old dvd's have detail on it..I would get another one again!

perfectly happy, especially given the price. easy to set up, great picture, remote has good features. I am not using cable or satellite and no lack of channel reception. great buy!

Excellent quality and price love the sound and size

We got our 43” LG 4K UHD TV the day before Thanksgiving, with Black Friday pricing. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable, and did nothing to pressure us. We are extremely pleased with the high quality picture, and with the value that Black Friday pricing allowed us to upgrade.

We wanted a tv for our bedroom that would replace our old 36" 1020p lg. This has turned out to be a vast improvement as far as picture quality and sound. The smart tv features are also awesome for watching youtube and netflix without any lag. Overall, very happy with this product.

Good picture. The only drawback I've run into is the programming/settings. They're a little hard to navigate. Also, there has been a strange issue with the TV sometimes getting dark and then it will get brighter. It seems to be an interface issue with the computer it's connected to (the TV is used as a monitor).

Needed a new TV for the bedroom that wouldn't cost too much. Entry level 4K smart TV that app's are quick. I have a LG OLED and was used to WebOS which was the main reason for going with this LG. Picture is good, and sound is good as well. Very happy with this purchase!

It has been over a month since I purchased this product. The TV is great. It has a great sound, The picture is great even with regular cable. The smart software is ok. I am not crazy about the layout of the smart apps, but its not a big deal. I m satisfied with this product.

I like LG products. And that being said ,I am more than happy with my new LG ultra hd tv. The set up was easy.and the picture (color) quality is very good . The speakers are awesome and have a stereo surround sound feel to them. All in all a good product for the money. I do not regret this purchase at all.

We got this on sale for Black Friday and have been impressed. Picture quality has been great, sound is nice especially for TV speakers. TV has a lot of extra features and WebOS runs pretty well. Wifi connection has been great. Overall a great TV especially for the sale price.

Not a bad 4K TV but there are better out there. This TV only has a 60 hz processor so it is not as clear watching football as a person would want. I have learned to always purchase a 120 hz processor. The picture is clearer and more colorful watching sports. The downside is that it cost approx. $100 more.

While I bought the HDTV for a friend I am not the best reviewer. I will however say that the picture quality was wonderful and Best Buy's price was amazingly affordable. The sales team was very helpful in providing me information to narrow my purchase to this item.

I had LG recommended to me by a Best Buy associate for user friendliness while shopping for my first blu-ray player a few years ago, and have been happy with purchase. So, when I chose to upgrade to a 4K tv I stuck with LG, and I am very glad I did. The color is amazing!

We have used TVs as our computer screen for years. Works great, graphics are awesome. My husband and I each have one in the same office. The only negative is the remote for one turns them both on and off. I have researched and apparently LG doesn't have a work around for this.

I got this for my living room and it’s big enough to enjoy a movie. The picture quality is fair. I like the smart capabilities and apps can be downloaded to stream videos. The sound from speakers is not great but good enough for small living room or bedroom. Overall good value for the price.

Our Samsung flat screen tv, after only 3 years, died on us totally unexpectedly. After further research we decided on the LG brand and we, so far, have not been disappointed. The picture and sound and both superior to what we had and we have been very satisfied!!
