Lg 43 4k smart tv

It was sold as open box in excellent condition but was also missing the feet . Obviously this was a returned item from a customer that somehow got shipped to me . How frustrating it is when now I have to pack it up and go to Bestbuy but alas the manager was very nice and offered to switch it out for one new in the box. A sincere apology and empathy goes a long way, thanks Altamonte Sprigs Bestbuy for fixing my issue so professionally
