We bought this tv to replace a old plasma tv. The only downfall for this tv is it quit working but the company fixed it since it was less than a year old. Best Buy took care of sending it in and called when it came back from repair. Turns out the tv was damaged in shipping so we ended up with a brand new tv.

Excellent TV & easy installation. However, disappointed that installers did not know how to interface LG remote to cable remote. Must use 2 remotes to turn on TV then select channels. Had exoected this to occur since the salesman said it would be done when I bought the LG 43" TV.

The tv was good. I loved the color I just like it.

I got this TV for my grandson's bedroom. We've mounted it on a wall mount, and it works great. Connects to Wi-Fi easily and has no issues staying connected. The resolution of the screen is really exceptional for a TV this inexpensive. Definitely a quality TV at an affordable price.

This tv had a nice picture, but after a few weeks I noticed a dark spot of discoloration at the top of the screen. It's very noticeable on full screen view.

Overall, I think this television is good. The picture displayed is just okay. It appears a little void of color unless you use the VIVID display. It also looks a little washed out, but it might just be the one I purchased. I would still recommend the television given the price and the overall quality of it.

I am a big fan of LG, all of my TV's are LG and all have worked without fail for years! This one is no exception, excellent quality, great value for money, soon will be getting one for every spare bedroom.

Service and installation: well done by Geeks, though it did take the better part of a week from purchase to install. That part could have been better. All in all, a very solid 9 out of 10! Best Buy does seem to have well-trained and skilled sales folks and Geeks. I feel no hesitation ever in dealing with them.

this is a great tv.price point cant beat it at $329.99 on sale right now.the 3.5 web os is great lots of apps and also you can get like a ton of live internet channels.great ota tuner the best quality tuner.over all I'm very satisfied.lg has relly come a long way in quality.

I needed a small-ish Smart TV for my apartment. Reviewed several brands and when I found an Open Box LG online at Best Buy, I ordered it. It arrived a few days later and was easy to install and sync with my cable TV remote. It has good color and is just right for my needs.

love the tv, easy setup, picture perfect, sound is okay nothing spectacular.. I do hate the legs they are now putting on tv's. i prefer the center post with the swivel so the tv can be turned when needed. but that said it is a great tv

It was very easy to set up. I was excited to see how clear the picture was. It makes me feel like I am at the movies. At the push of a button you can watch Netflix or Amazon and it is WiFi so you don't have to run more wires. Over all I am very pleased with this unit.

This TV upscales 1080p images nicely. I hardly notice any loss in clarity. The colors are nice and balanced out of the box. It works well as a PC monitor too. Everything looks sharp. When I set the PC output to 1080p, it defaults to 120Hz. That was a pleasant surprise.

This is my first LG TV and I am so glad I got it. The big selling point for me was the free internet channels if you get a 4K TV. You do need to have an internet connection and if you do you get a lot of internet channels FREE. The 4K was a big plus also. Great TV brand!

I paid $395. for this 2017 Ultra TV with the latest and greatest LG smart TV software. It's a basic TV with all the features, I need. If your looking for a high end TV from a major manufacturer like LG for little money. Buy this set and you won't be disappointed.

4K televisions have the "soap opera" effect for old filmed stock. It looks odd on new TVs; the gloss and smoothness is gone. There is a setting to get rid of the effect, but that's even more fake - clearly it's just a computer program to simulate the original "movie" quality.

Love, love, love my TV. I have a smaller area or I’d have gotten a bigger one. 4K is crazy cool! Set up was super easy-my daughter did it lol and set up our streaming accounts, with no issue at all! Also ordering online and pick up in store was a breeze.

Absolutely love this TV. The visuals are incredible for this price, very convenient with internet access and downloadable apps like YouTube, twitch, etc.. Only issue is the TV doesn’t come with screws Incase you are looking to mount it on the wall.
