Great tv. Easy to set up. I was surprised at all the internet channels it gets. I wasn't expecting to get all the features it has. I will say the interface is a little confusing at the beginning but once I learned it was easy to navigate.

I wish I could get Spotify on here but I realize that's not Best Buy's fault it's LGs and I actually should've realized that before I purchased it but overall pretty nice! Sometimes it becomes unconnected to the internet but that might be my wifi.

The sound on my old model LG TV went out after ten years. Should I buy a soundbar or just get the new technology? I chose to get a new TV and I am not disappointed. I bought another LG TV and it is quality again.

As stated before can’t wait for 4K content. I believe your sales staff should be more informed about current limitations and what upgrades of your entire entertainment systems you may need to make to take true advantage of the upgrade

Like the LG , but at this point the LG store doesn't appear to have an app for Direct TV Now. Using Sling for now. The TV is fine, but still trying to figure out how to sign up for Direct TV NOW to compare the service with Sling.

I Absolutely love my tv, the quality and the different apps. Keep checking the sales, because 2 weeks later it was $30 less than what I paid, now its $299. Even better!!!! Go for it, you won't regret it.

This TV not only has really high quality and crisp colors, but the User Interface is really smooth and all the inputs are completely renameable so you no longer have to remember what input goes to what.

The product is lighter than expected making it easy for setup and install. The color quality is good and the TV does not attract much glare which is good for my sunny living room.

The height of the product was quite smaller than expected and the colors weren't as bright even when turning off energy saver. I think the TV would go great for a bedroom, but not so much in the living room since it's quite small.

So, I got this TV for $230 due to a mismarked price. They didn't haggle at all. They gave it to me and corrected the price. I don't know it's worth it at the normal price, but for as cheap as I got it, I'm not gonna complain :)

Perhaps, it’s my age but not every feature available is intuitive. I appreciate the need to save trees but looking things online or onscreen isn’t always easy. Otherwise, I’m very satisfied with the tv and it’s performance.

Caught a sale for this unit. Had to have in shipped in from another store but definitely worth the wait. Turning off the power saving features really makes it pop. Beautiful display for movies and gaming.

This is my second LG TV and I am satisfied once again. My first still works great but I wanted the upgrade to 4K. I primarily us my Apple TV with it but I don’t hate the onboard smart technology.

Good resolution, overall good picture quality - except that it is a little dark (darker than 2 other TVs we've had). I've tried all 9 Picture Modes available, still a little dark.

I have read some of the reviews on this tv but did not have any of those issues. This a great TV and worth the money spend. My only complaint is the updates to to some of the streaming channels.

Nice Product, the LG 4K 43 Inch, is a fine TV and Best Buy has an excellent Price and the Product is exceptional for Video, it actually upgrades the quality of the video if you are using just HD

Pretty good tv for the price, the only thing I wasn’t crazy about is the placement of the legs. Why wouldn’t they put it in the center is beyond me, you’ll have to have the right table to make sure the legs don’t hang off.

Bought this TV for my Mom. She loves it. She isn't using the smart features yet but is able when she gets comfortable with the new technology.

We bought a new smart tv and were very satisfied with the associate help at the store helping usvselect one...we learned a lot from him and felt we were making a well informed buying decision...

when first turned on it will run a few seconds then the screen goes dark for a few seconds then it comes back on - weird - hope it doesn't become a big problem !
