We returned and bought a Roku tv. The Roku TV is soo easy to navigate and we can get all of her channels.

Lacking apps

I specifically mentioned PlayStation Vue and was told yes, all included. It’s not. Partly on me for not doing my research but I wouldn’t have went with this TV knowing this. Also, I exclusively stream content, no cable, and I cannot get the TV to start on the smart screen. Instead, it starts by blaring static because there isn’t cable hooked up. Seriously? Main takeaway, do your research on what TVs have what apps, because the sales reps will just tell you what you want to hear.

WiFi keeps cutting off

We set it up, picture looks good, input WiFi info. All of a sudden, streaming stops, no connection. We go back to input WiFi again, go back to watching, tv loses WiFi again. 10 times in a row. Tried to call the store in Princeton, NJ, but have no idea how to actually get through to someone, and don’t want to risk going out in publicly. Really hope someone reads this and gets in touch with me

The stands do feel cheap but other than that it's definitely worth the $250.

Needs better lighting
