    It is a little difficult to navigate. However, I think that it will get better as I become more familiar with the tv.

    Bad screen quality

    After having it exchanged, the screen has some spots that look like a shadow coming from the inside. The first one had a broken screen in the box, this one seems to have a significantly annoying dent from the inside that’s distorting the view. When I tried to return the first one, was told they don’t do returns due to manufacturers policy and now I am stuck with this poor quality screen :(

    LG 43" HD Smart TV purchased at our local store

    When I hooked up the TV, it defaulted to when it was manufactured. I now see that I purchased a TV from Best Buy that was 2 years old. This doesn't make me very happy at all. From now on, I will either purchase a new Smart TV online, or make sure that what I am buying is a recently manufactured TV that has NOT been sitting in a warehouse for up to 2 years.

    Great tv but the support under the tv that is supposed to hold the tv doesn’t fit tight it’s always loose so after just a week with the tv it suddently didn’t handle the weight and felt on the floor resulting in a loss of $300,00. Because now nobody cares i would reccomend anyone to choose the 50” model because it has a mudh better support

    Good screen/viewing angles, Bad CEC/OS

    Good screen. Viewing angles were better than my Samsung 4k, which cost more, but worse than the Sony Bravia. The CEC didn't work--would respond to my AppleTV or Chromecast on various ports. The OS for smart TV's features is awful.

    Disappointed out of the box by LG no operating instructions. Even worst was LG support. Encouraged me to return tv if I did understand how to operate it. In a very rare move tech support from ATT tech support saved the day. This is my 2nd LG TV. Would not buy any type of LG product since they do not understand their own products and do not value a sale.

    When we started the tv and found a talking voice for ever thing tv does gets agervating

      To use/disable Audio Guidance Settings>Accessibility>Audio Guidance When the Audio Guidance is set to On, the TV will announce its current status (Channel, Volume) by voice. ^CP LG

    I got this tv for my bedroom. It was ok I am just so use to Samsung tv’s. So, the setup was a little weird to me. Sound was a little muffled but, it does come with more options to modify sound settings. The color on it was to bright for my even after playing around with the settings. I got tired of it and returned the tv.

    For the price & picture this is a great TV. I’m a single girl & I set it up myself & was surprisingly easy. You gotta tweak the settings quite a bit to find the best look, but the HD picture is super clear! FYI channels not in HD do not look super clear. I would give this TV 5 stars but the remote has small-ish buttons and I miss the center stand in the middle. The cheap plastic stands are 33” apart & does not fit on my original 27” TV furniture stand. Now I’ll have to buy a center stand to attach just to fit on my furniture. LG bring back the sturdy one center stand please! I would pay a few bucks more for it. But overall the picture is really nice & I got it for $249 so great deal.

    Read a lot of reviews and chose the LG 6090 to replace my old LG. Had to adjust the picture a bit for the satellite feed. Then I tried streaming. The only word I know to describe the picture is blur. The characters on the screen at times blur as they move. I've tried everything. I even hooked up at Roku stick but had the same issue. I finally brought out an old Toshiba, sat it on the same stand, hooked up the Roku and no issues. In fact, it was clearer than the brand new LG.

    defective item, will be returned. i bought it as a open box excellent geek squad certified item. when i plugged it in, it was working fine for a few minutes then after a few minute the top on the screen starts flickering. learned my lesson and will never buy a open box item, now i have to drive it back to the store and exchange or return it
