It's the little things...

The operating system is a little childish or feminine, but easy to navigate. But the reason I returned this TV was the plastic legs/stand. They are at the far edge of the TV and really cheap looking. They were the deal breaker for me.

Didn't care for the picture

Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my hopes. The picture just looked dull. There was no vibrancy and I couldn't find any way to remove the dullness. After a few days, I returned it and bought a Samsung.

The picture is not as clear or bright.

I bought this product to replace a seven year old set that had died. The picture is not as clear and some colors are just not there at all.

Disappointing on more than one aspect

Usually LG doesn’t disappoint, this time it did. I’ll be returning this ASAP.

Audio keeps going out

Its easy to get it working again by unplugging and pressing the power button on the remote for 15 seconds. But shouldn't have to do something like this on a brand new TV.

Great for a kids 7 and under

Alexa compatble?

But all of a sudden it became of utmost importance that I be able to say “Alexa, turn off TV” or “Alexa, turn off TV” and NOT have to engage any device. The UK 4K LG ‘seemed’ to offer compatibility but for the life of me, and all the tweaks to the LG SmartThings app that I did, it just never worked. For that matter, neither did the Sony. In the end, I went with a Samsung QLED TV, 50in I believe. Nowwww...if I could only change the channels using voice control with thru Alexa. Hhmmm. Promises, promises....

Returned this set and purchased the 50 inch, same series and that television seems to be fine.

Poor construction

The TV fell off the stand two hours after I opened the box and the screen shattered. I tried to return it and argue that the TV wasn't made well, but I was told it was my fault for not following the set up instructions and Best Buy wouldn't accept the return. A total waste of money! I had to buy another TV, but got a Samsung instead and am much happier.

Terrible TV

Quit working right after warranty was up!

The picture quality has never been great but we decided to keep it anyway. It’s complicated to use compared to our Samsung and Vizio tv’s in our other rooms. I only has a year warranty. We turned it on today and now it won’t do anything. It only shows a white screen. It won’t go to settings or change the source or anything. It’s junk now. Save your money don’t buy this LG tv!

Really bad TV

It’s been so bad that even past the warranty they are allowing a service technicians to come out with no charge. Praying this time they just replace it or give me some type of credit to get another television. Main issue has been WIFI connection so basically the TV DOESNT WORK!

TV was damaged upon opening the box

The TV appeared to have blown up from the inside; it was discovered when opening the box. No other TV sets of the same model were available to swap out nor were any available to order. It arrived with the screen shattered

I received it a month ago for installation in a new bedroom. Unpacking today it was discovered that the screen was shattered. Will attempt to return it to the store but outside the 15 day return window. Wish me luck.

Never buy LG

I have reset and changed every setting but the screen is either too dark or too much contrast. The wifi was the worst. Without it LG has no way to update the firmware or run diagnostic tests. All they want is for you to take it back to retailer.

Defective Sound bar outlet

I worked well for about a little over one year, until I attempted to use the sound bar outlet. I paid for a home visit, only to be told that I had a defected module, which I must pay to have repaired. By this time I was barely out of factory warranty.
