    returned the set before even opening up the box found a better tv and a better price

    I loved everything about this TV, until RIGHT AFTER the 1 year warranty ended, the wifi chip went out so now I can no longer use the internet's wifi to watch Netflix, Prime, ect...the number 1 main reason I bought this tv. What a waste of $295! Totally disappointed in LG & BestBuy. Buyer Beware!

    WIFi connection issue

    I got WIFI connection issue with in 6 months and LG had replaced mother board to fix issue.it worked for two months and got the same problem again.I don't remmond this product.

    This tv only worked for 2yrs. and 4 months. The picture went out and then the sound. I'm pretty disgusted that the products that we have to buy these days are so sub-standard. I wouldn't recommend this tv to anyone.

    Never have I been so dissatisfied with a purchase but sometimes you get what you paid for...Terrible picture quality encased in a cheap, flimsy frame. Broke within a month of purchase. Complete waste of $$.

    After having our tv for 21 days a blacked out strip approximately 4 inches wide and the full length of the screen appeared...still waiting to get this repaired through LG...

    Bad HDMI Ports

    Needed new TV for one room due to lightening strike. Never had LG before but decided to try. Comcast tech determined that 2 of the 3 HDMI ports WERE BAD working (when everything else had been tried - new cables etc). Took it back to Best Buy and got a Samsung.

    I worked on the picture for four days then took it back to the store. This T.V. was not worth any price.

    For several months I tried to figure out what I was doing wrong, even changed internet providers.... This tv would not pick up the wifi 15 feet from it. Had to buy a fire stick. Not worth it.

    Durability of the screen is too weak. A little hit from my one year old daughter was enough to break the screen. I expect a little bit mire durable product for this price tag.

    Disappointed the actual size was 39 inches. Diagonally it was 42.5 inches. I returned item. It was an "open box" deal in which Best Buy had several that had been returned.

    After 7 months it wouldnt pick up wi fi, hads to go on you tube and follow directions of opening up the back and working on mother board plugs, etc....
