    This item would not stay connected to WiFi. I've called to Customer Service and it would connect for a week. I will be returning the TV tomorrow for another brand.

    Poor color quality (especially yellows). One of the HDMI inputs died after only about 3 months, and the screen has died after only three years (bought June 2019, screen died June 2022) of light usage.

    I bought this TV in 2020 with warranty, and now it's not.showing a picture. I'm disappointed in LG & Best Buy.

    Disappointed in Service Life

    After only 3 years, TV now has no video - only audio. Really disappointed because I spent extra on the purchase to get what I thought was a higher quality product.

    Loved Tv Hated Legs

    Loved the TV but my TV just fell over and smashed the screen. It had been teetering but since I live alone I didn't think it would fall. But I bumped it and it did a summersault. Looked alright and now the world is in splinters.
