I bought this TV during Black Friday I purchase it for a great price. It’s such a big tv with excellent picture quality, easy setup. Bonus for web browsing, smart phone connection to tv, I also discovered there are free internet channels, which is pretty awesome. The only reason why I’m giving it 4 stars is because the smart thin q app is faulty and doesn’t work. Also Lg customer service sucks!! And I wished it came with a better remote and legs on the TV which is poorly constructed. Although there a few flaws, overall it truly is an amazing smart tv.

I got the open box of this TV on New Year's eve. I was spending it alone and wanted to watch some movies and had no TV (usually use a laptop for Netflix/Amazon Prime). This has an amazing picture and great sound. I never realized how cool 4KHD can be until I bought this. The TV is also super light and was easy to mount on a universal mount so I can watch whether I am in the Kitchen, Dining room or Family Room. Connected to the internet straight away and when I switch it on, it does it every time (unlike my LG one that takes forever to connect..

Setup was simple and relatively quick. Smart features are plentiful and up to date. Supports all of the apps and services that I use and can think of. Speakers get plenty loud before distorting. Don't know if they do because I've never needed to put them above half. Only gripe is that you can't set a streaming TV service as the default TV option on startup. (sling TV, YouTube TV, ect.) otherwise a great TV. Couldn't be happier!

Wonderful picture, good size, great price, easy to set up! We just love this tv, perfect for our bedroom! Would be great for a living room, we like big screens! Will definitely buy from Best Buy again, and this brand as well!!!

When I initially got got a 43” tv, I went with a Sharp 4K tv. Once I had it set up and all ready to go I thought it was great. Then I went home for Thanksgiving and saw my parents new LG 43” 4K tv. The picture was so clear and vivid. I played music video after music video on their tv because of how realistic it looked. I was impressed but also dissapointed because my tv didn’t have that same quality. Mind you, they don’t even have a 4K player, so just the regular tv channels looked amazing. After I got home, I thought about it and decided to return the tv I had just bought to get the same model as my parents. I’m thuroughly glad I made that decision. Every night I come home and I’m excited to watch some movies and tv shows because of the picture quality. Only cons I’ve had so far would be that it’s a little slow starting up and I won’t be able to use some streaming services because it doesn’t connect with to my network right away (could also be my network). It has randomly turned off on me once as well, but that seemed to be a one time occurrence. Overall, I’m so glad I decided to exchange my 4K tv in for this LG model. You won’t regret the quality!

Purchased this LG 43" for a bedroom. Great picture and sound for the price. Perfect size for a bedroom...not too small, but not large enough to take over the space. Love LG products and help received at Best Buy!

I am SO happy with this TV! It has an awesome picture and very easy to hook up. Just the right size for a bedroom TV. The color is amazing. I bought this because the sales staff recommend this brand over another brand. He knew what he was talking about. I didn't hook up an HDMI cable and don't feel like I needed one.

We bought this as a replacement for an old 32" 720p TV. With a little playing with color settings, we got the picture looking sharp. The legs on the stand are small and cause the TV to wobble, though, so wall mounting or an anti-tip strap is a must. Also, we had bought the 50" version of this and tge colors looked washed out. Figured out the 50" was too big for our viewing distance. Consider that before just going for size!

Definitely a good value for the quality, would like a little more substantial stand, however has an anchor just doesn't allow turning for viewing. Good color and audio but had glare from lights. Very clear picture and clear set up instructions and a very helpful customer assistant department during setup. I plan to get an updated LG in the next few month.

This is a fine mid-size TV with a good picture and really good sound. We also have a 55" Panasonic which is also great, but this 43" LG has much better/louder sound quality - no soundbar needed for a bedroom TV unless you are really an audiophile. Picture is quite good, not sure that I see any real benefit to the 4K resolution and HDR at this time but it's future-proofing (I don't have a 4K disc player or a source that supports HDR yet). Have tried some Netflix 4K streaming and it looked fine, but from 8 feet away couldn't really discern that much difference from full HD. Remote works well. Also have been pleasantly surprised at how snappy the built-in apps work - we also have a Roku 2, a PS3, a PS4 and the Panasonic TV's built-in apps. This LG's built-in apps seem to run faster than all of those. Paid a bit more for this LG than similar models by Insignia and Hisense, but so far happy with the purchase!

The LG 43" has great color, although the adjustment software is a bit sparse...it seems to balance great! The apps at the bottom of the screen are easier to use than the Samsung (which we bought earlier for another location). If you download an app (you tube tv in this case) the LG puts it at the bottom with the others..the Samsung didn't. We have the tv wired with cat 5e instead of using wireless...and connected the sound to a soundbar using the fiber optic cable supplied...works great. Wish we had bought an LG for our other location..seems to be better than the Samsung.

This fits my purposes very well. It's 4k resolution, the picture, feature set and price fit the needs quite well. I am always worried about back-light failure in LED televisions so I can't speak for long term reliability after only 1 month of usage. But this unit does exactly what we expected it to do at it's price point. My only (very minor) gripe at this point is that sometimes after first turning it on and launching Netflix or Hulu, the TV has not yet restored it's wireless connection so you have to re-launch the app but I have not experienced any issues with connectivity and bandwidth once it is connected.

Amazing deal. Amazing picture. I am very happy with this TV! Easy to use and set up. The quality is excellent. I can’t get over how awesome the picture is. I purchased it on sale and feel like I got a very very good value.

Was looking for a TV for my kitchen and this is the one the best buy guy recomended.so far it seems like a Great TV for the money ,easy to use and to set up its pretty thin so it doesn't stick out on the wall nice clear picture

This TV was easy to set up (by my 14 year old grandson) and is easy to use. I don't love the remote (mute button is too small) but everything else is great. I especially love the color. Clear, sharp, bright.

I love the image and the sound of my new tv . Very easy to set up and to use ! I love that i have direct access to Netflix from my remote control ! Super recommend

Amazing picture and super easy to set up. The smart TV menu is very responsive without delay. Built in speakers can use some improvement but adequate. Overall very happy with the quality of the TV.

We mounted the tv on the wall. It was easy to do. The picture is great! The colors are bright and clear!The remote is easy to use! We are purchasing one for our son for an anniversary gift!

I like LG products. Quality, price point and availability. This 43" tv is not exception. Great picture, light weight, easy to mount on the wall. Recommend LG to anyone who asks.

Great price for a great product. Neither my husband nor myself are good with technology stuff, and found this tv so easy to set up and use and great picture, couldn’t be happier
