This set was purchased to be used in a bedroom and was wall mounted. LG may not have the best straight on picture quality but it does provide a very good picture quality for straight on and off axis viewing. The sound quality is also acceptable for my needs. Not the best for fast action due to the 60hz processor but, for the money, what do you expect? I use the "expert 1" picture setting and am very happy with the color, clarity, and black level. Also, the screen is not highly reflective which I prefer. Again, for the money (bought it heavily discounted at Christmas), and how this TV will be used, it's a great value.

This is a nice 4K TV at a competitive price. I have owned another LG TV since 2007 and it has been great. LG offers exceptional features for a great price point. This TV looks great, was very easy to setup, and it works well with my Roku Streaming stick+ for beautiful 4K content, Also it sounds great...I don't need a sound bar for this TV in my bedroom, it performs actually really well and was surprised by the quality of the sound. Only two little gripes would be that the base stands and the remote feel flimsy and on cheaper side; but they get the job done. All in all very happy with my purchase :)

The picture on this LG 43" 4K UHD with HDR TV is so clear! It took me a couple of tries to figure out how to adjust the picture (I'm not very savvy with these things) and now it is perfect. I like that the "Settings" symbol is on the remote and is very easy to use and find the different options. The TV defaults to normal sound when you first set it up but you can turn on "surround sound" and that makes a nice difference. I don't need to have a sound bar with this TV. The volume button on the remote works quickly to adjust the sound. I can't get over what a nice picture the TV has!

This model TV has an excellent picture and excellent sound quality. The picture isn’t as clear as some of the more expensive versions that LG offers, But it is still very good. Set up is pretty easy once you pull it out of the box. Everything is relatively self-explanatory as all ports are marked very clearly on the back. The overall weight of this TV is very low hits and therefore it’s easy to manipulate by one’s self. Setting up apps is relatively simple as well. Navigating of the apps is also very easy. Overall I give this product for stars as for the price it’s one of the few that’s not only affordable by most but will also give you a high-quality picture and sound

Great picture - WebOs OK

The picture on this TV, in this price range is really nice and crisp. Watching John Wick 2 via Vidu was amazing. The detail on the cars, the sparks from a cigarette and the screen refresh was smooth. Loved the picture but not to keen on the WebOS. I did like the remote and it did integrate with Alexa.
Being a Roku fan I would have kept this paired with a Roku 4K stick. I did end up with a Samsung 6 series which I originally passed on due to it having only 2 HDMI ports but it was on sale for $10 more and I did pickup a new Roku stick.
Now, the WebOS gives you about 100 or so web channels and they are decent. While I did return it I would not hesitate picking it up for my another room or recommend it. But, I think the Samsung 6 series has a slightly better picture although the remote is better in the LG.

Great tv for the price. Legs not an issue for me. Fits my stand perfect. Has all the inputs I was looking for. Black Friday deal was excellent. Didn't have to spend $ 600 for the Sony. Spent less than the Samsung I got 5 years ago. Excellent picture many adjustments. Very good sound quality. Menu easy to navigate. Very happy with this purchase.

I am ver pleased with my purchase. I am happy I do not have to wait to access the apps like Netflix and YouTube once I turn on the tv. I have to wait at least 3 mins for my Samsung smart tv to do this. The picture and sound is great!! I was going to get a sound bar, but, it really does not need it! Very satisfied.

Bought this one on sale and very happy with the purchase. More options than really needed (was looking for a simple HD TV, 1080p) Set appears to upscale the regular HD signal so the picture is slightly sharper than the previous HD set. The only issue was no headphone connection, but for now the built in speakers appear to be adequate. (May have to add a sound bar later.) Set up was easy, and only had to make two HDMI connections. Purchase was for an older relative who is not very tech savvy. Could have purchased a smaller 1080p for less money, but now we are prepared to upgrade if needed.

We love this tv! The picture is crystal clear. Great sound. I love the fact that my Netflix and Hulu accounts are all in one place with one remote. We can switch between HDMIs with it too. LG makes a great product. I would definitely choose this again!

I brought this TV for my young son. I am very happy with quality and price. It’s perfect for a kid who wanted a bigger tv, but still young enough to have a small tv.

On big Sony found myself but LG does make a great television. This was a last-minute gift for my girl and her boys. They had a 43-inch television but they had for some time that was starting to go. I got this LG TV last minute on sale great price couldn't pass it up. Very easy to set up sound quality is excellent color is superb. Hook up for it was simple and easy had it up and running within say 10 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this TV for anybody regardless of the size of the room.

This smart TV is the perfect size for my small bedroom. It is easy to use and has buttons on the remote for Netflix and Amazon. Other apps are conveniently available through the remote menu, such as Fandango. Unfortunately, it does not have the app for my cable service so I cannot stream cable through it without a box on this TV. For gamers, it is not the best size for certain games as text can sometimes appear small in some titles so you would need to sit closer to the screen. Otherwise it is a very thin portable TV that was easy to install and configure for use.

Initially this LG tv was great. Great picture. Sound was good, but hooked up to surround sound for better sound. SMART features (internet) worked. Now the sound on the tv (not the surround sound system) sometimes works, sometimes doesn't until you mess around with it. That's not so much a big deal since most of the time it's on surround system. The bigger problem is that the tv no longer recognizes wi-fi, and thus renders the SMART functions useless. No Netflix, no web, etc... After searching for solutions, it seems this is a problem with LG SMART tv's. I did find that other brands of SMART tv's have also had this issue. The problem though is that LG offers no support. I tried every solution I could find on the internet, but nothing has worked. This problem occurred less than 4 months after purchasing. I'm hoping it's a good thing I got Geek Squad protection, as I'll be contacting them to see if they can fix. This is my 2nd LG tv. The screen went bad on the 1st one after a few years. Quite disappointing, but I thought I'd give LG another try as they are supposed to be one of the top brands. The picture is great, but I'm thinking I'll be going with another brand when the time comes to replace this LG. I'm sure others have had great experiences with LG tv's. I'm just one that didn't.

This TV is an excellent value for the money. It is very simple and intuitive to set up and use. The picture is very crisp and vivid. I have a Sony Bravia 4k TV in our living room and LG will be the TV to replace the Sony. I highly recommend it and will be buying another in the future. Also, the service from the sales reps at Best Buy was top-notch. They were very helpful and ensured I walked out the door with something I would be very happy with.

Good TV and got a Black Friday price. Nice picture, easy to setup and easy to use. Using for a second TV for the kids for their TV viewing and Xbox. No issues on the Xbox. Knocking 1 star as the LG software does not have Charter Spectrum app so I can't return my cable tuner from just the TV. So bought a roku to cover that.
