We’re happy with the quality - sound and visually it’s good. I’m just annoyed that it’s not equipped to work with Bluetooth. We asked and were told that it was. So it’s our fault as we should have double-checked. Other than that it suits our needs.

WI-FI issue

Also this TV was at a very good price point because i purchased during a BF sale. The reason I gave 2 stars is because this TV has a WI-Fi connection issue the LG is well aware of and this is very frustrating. When we are all at home due to COVID-19 we are now more then ever using streaming services and to be unable to connect to Wi-Fi make this a BASIC TV! there are some solutions, such as changing you location or factory rest( which did work once before) but this problem continuse to happen. The error you receive is to turn on your Wi-FI the funny thing is THERE IS NO WI-FI ON/OFF SWITCH! Very disappointed to say the least.

Will definitely need to purchase a sound bar next, but very happy with the picture and the smart TV features.
